USOrder #6646 lost in limbo! Order #6646 ordered 12/27 with 2 day USPS upcharge. FedEx label created with tracking number but nothing more. Will not answer emails or voice mail, next call will be to my credit card to dispute payment. poor poor customer service. Still no change, no response Stay away, DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

USHorrible customer service. Untrustworthy, dishonest, disrespectful Similar experience like others. I tried to contract them by calls and emails. I called the number on the website, it go to voicemail automatically. Yes, it is like other people said. They NEVER return my call. Emails, NEVER replied. I've called more than 20times, emailed 3 times. Order #6316. I'd like to cancel my order. Update1: They replied me here after posting this review. But never replied emails or calls. I was keeping calling and calling. They never respond. Untrusted, disrespectful. I've contract you in less 1 hr when I placed the order. Why won't you just answer the phone to make it easy? Horrible customer service. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
