I did not receive the sun glasses when expected but life happens so when I sent an email I received a phone call with in a few hours and the order was looked at and when the mistake was found the glasses where not shipped it was immediately fixed. Horrible customer service. Untrustworthy, dishonest, disrespectful Similar experience like others. I tried to contract them by calls and emails. I called the number on the website, it go to voicemail automatically. Yes, it is like other people said. They NEVER return my call. Emails, NEVER replied. I've called more than 20times, emailed 3 times. Order #6316. I'd like to cancel my order. Update1: They replied me here after posting this review. But never replied emails or calls. I was keeping calling and calling. They never respond. Untrusted, disrespectful. I've contract you in less 1 hr when I placed the order. Why won't you just answer the phone to make it easy? I ordered a pair of frames and once I… I ordered a pair of frames and once I got them realized I had ordered the wrong ones. I called the company and they immediately sent out the correct frames and I sent back the incorrect ones. Great customer service! Will definitely come back in the future!
