Poor customer service Poor customer service I tired to contact the phone number that’s listed in the website it straight goes to voicemail, left 4 voicemail never returned my call, I tired to contact by email, guess what, no one responded either, I followed the steps listed in the website for return for refund, I returned my item, it was received and I am hoping to see the refund into my account since it has not passed 14 days of delivery date. I hope at least you will have someone to read this and try to improve lol By the way, the item quality was a poor as your customer service.

I would highly recommend I would highly recommend! Product came in within the expected delivery date. To be honest, I was very afraid of ordering from a online website that sell high brand name products. Usually once you receive the product it is not authentic along with cheap quality. I actually called them to change my shipping address and they were very courteous. Shipping was very fast (especially the processing-- they didn't send me an automated tracking number only to take two days to process the order.) Fraudulent and Fake- don't waste your money please! I purchased a pair of sunglasses on Monday Feb 11th, Order #3283. On Thursday the 14th, I sent a message to their online messenger asking when my order would be shipped, and they said that day, nothing else! On Tuesday the 19th, I sent another message asking for tracking number, and the only response I got was 'here's your refund'. I didn't want a refund, I wanted the sunglasses! Anyway, I had my suspicions about this site since they are much cheaper here than anyone else, and my point was proven. Very glad to get my refund straight away rather than spending over $100 on fake sunglasses.
