I've used EyewearDistrict twice in the… I've used EyewearDistrict twice in the past 6 months. The first order went smoothly and I was super excited when I saw another pair I liked. The second order had an issue with USPS where it showed delivered but I hadn't received it. I reached out to EyewearDistrict and they contacted USPS on my behalf. Sure enough, 2 days later the package arrived in my mailbox! Good service....Awesome shades...

Horrible customer service. Untrustworthy, dishonest, disrespectful Similar experience like others. I tried to contract them by calls and emails. I called the number on the website, it go to voicemail automatically. Yes, it is like other people said. They NEVER return my call. Emails, NEVER replied. I've called more than 20times, emailed 3 times. Order #6316. I'd like to cancel my order. Update1: They replied me here after posting this review. But never replied emails or calls. I was keeping calling and calling. They never respond. Untrusted, disrespectful. I've contract you in less 1 hr when I placed the order. Why won't you just answer the phone to make it easy? Horrible customer service. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Poor customer service Poor customer service I tired to contact the phone number that’s listed in the website it straight goes to voicemail, left 4 voicemail never returned my call, I tired to contact by email, guess what, no one responded either, I followed the steps listed in the website for return for refund, I returned my item, it was received and I am hoping to see the refund into my account since it has not passed 14 days of delivery date. I hope at least you will have someone to read this and try to improve lol By the way, the item quality was a poor as your customer service.

I would highly recommend I would highly recommend! Product came in within the expected delivery date. To be honest, I was very afraid of ordering from a online website that sell high brand name products. Usually once you receive the product it is not authentic along with cheap quality. The product that I have bought from this company is AUTHENTIC with GREAT QUALITY. I am extremely happy and will be ordering more from them.

Great customer service! Easy ordering process and product was as advertised. This was a gift for my granddaughter and as it turns out not a proper fit. I reached out to customer service and was very quickly responded to by Eli who walked me through until my refund was complete.
