Never ever do any business with this… Never ever do any business with this website, this is a totally scam!! I ordered a pair of Gucci glasses on here with an express delivery paid and is estimated to delivery for 3 days then ended up having my glasses delivered after 1 month. Yet the glasses I received were not as described so I requested a return but the seller is unable to provide me any details or label for returning. This is a totally scam! Do not buy from this website!!!!

DON'T DO IT I can't emphasize enough not to order from here. Unfortunately I did, like an idiot, without reading reviews. Ordered Tom Ford sunglasses for 470.00 (so, no discount, wasn't looking for one, just thought I was ordering dumb sunglasses) It has been over a month and no sunglasses. They do, however, intermittently answer emails with excuses that the covid is holding things up, then after the 4 weeks they said the glasses were on backorder. Nevertheless, i have stupidly handed over dollars with little expectation that I will ever receive the product. I blame myself too - but save yourself the anger. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES

I placed an order with this company… I placed an order with this company without properly researching. Upon completing said order, I awaited tracking info which was available a week later. All seemed normal until the order stated delivered. This order was never received nor was it delivered per the post office. Camera footage was reviewed and proved the postal system was in fact truthful. I sent many messages via email, with response to place a claim if I paid for insurance. No name, no contact information for the company itself. I called the number listed online to speak to an actual person red flags everywhere “ google customer unavailable” no directory, no company name just a generic recording. I fully believe this company is getting away with scamming people out of their hard earned money. DO NOT order with them!

This is fraud company This is fraud company. They just steal money from me. I placed an order about US$500 on Feb. 18, 2021. In April, GlassesEtc sent me an email they didn't have in stock. I asked refund. GlassedETC was lying that refund was deposited on April 28, however GlassesETC couldn't provide any evidence like receipt showing his refund. In my credit card account, no any refund from GlassesETC. This company is complete fraud company, cheating and lying to buyers.
