Scam Scam. I was tricked into a duplicate order. Paid through Sezzle who debited my bank card immediately for the first installment- they won't refund until they get a response from the merchant. Merchant is GlassesEtc Their phone number does not exist. Their customer service number does not respond to calls and no contact person is available. I had to have my bank refund the money as a fraud claim.

Very very helpful crew, answers super fast! I had a problem with my glasses being out of stock but I was contacted immediately and was helped to figure out what I wanted to do. I ended up just waiting for the ones I wanted to come back in stock but they kept me updated with the order and I changed my address as well and they helped changed the address over. Very helpful and I love my glasses!
