Amazing customer support & guarantee go above and beyond my expectations for sure My daughter left hers out at night & our puppy decided it would b a good chew toy & they were in pieces by morning. I lent her mine for now & was just coming back to order a second set, when a comment by another lady sounded similar to my story, and they said they would replace them. I knew there was a warranty, but i thought that was just like normal break liability. I contacted BlueLightKids & they shipped me a replacement set right away.
