She lost a pair and they replaced them, one of them got scratched quickly and they replaced them, no questions asked. They are quick to help and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

They recommended and sent out a great alternate pair for my son, which are working out very well. The glasses also came in a cute drawstring bag with the BLK logo. "I ordered 2 pair "I ordered 2 pair. I grew concerned when after a week from the original email saying they were on their way I hadn't received them and the tracking number showed no update. I emailed my concern and got a quick response as to where my order was with the delivery carrier. They arrived the next day. I've noticed a difference when my son wears these compared to when he doesn't. He's very iPad obsessed so initially I didn't expect much but figured it wouldn't hurt to try as he can be so rude after playing. That has really toned down since wearing these glasses."
