EXCELLENT customer service! Our bulldog, Gumbeaux, decided that my daughter's glasses would make a tasty treat. He ended up breaking the lens. Blue Light Kids absolutely stands by their warranty that if ANYTHING happens to your glasses, they will replace them. When I told them what happened, I had to fill out a small form and send pictures of the glasses. Less than 24 hours later my daughter's new glasses are on the way! So simple! AND this all took place over Thanksgiving! For them to be this on top of it over a holiday is amazing. They are also so friendly! No need to shop anywhere else. ☺️☺️

They recommended and sent out a great alternate pair for my son, which are working out very well. The glasses also came in a cute drawstring bag with the BLK logo. The glasses seem very well made and durable.
