GBI searched the internet for a company…Eyeglass Depot so far a bad experience I searched the internet for a company that could repair my vintage Porsche folding sunglasses. When I read the company’s Eyeglasses Depot description I was impressed. I sent my glasses to them with the prepaid USPS free shipping label. I tracked the delivery to Pomona. Their webpage says they would contact me in 48 hours with a repair cost. After 10 days no response whatsoever. I have called at least 20 times left clear messages and sent emails. I think I have been taken and I’m furious. Beware

GBGreat company. Amazing service Eyeglasses Depot, the store in Brooklyn New York, is the only place I trust to repair my favorite glasses. I own several prescription eyeglasses, some of which I've had for over a decade because I like them so much. I have also purchased glasses from Eyeglasses Depot and it was an equally great experience. They always do things right.

GBHappy Eyeglassesdepot customer🤓 I mailed my broken Prada frames to Eyeglassesdepot in NY from MI for same frame repair. Eyeglassesdepot mailed me a pre-paid label to send broken frames. I mailed frames and in about three weeks, I received frames from Eyeglassesdepot well repaired, a bit tight around ears, but repaired quite well. Thank you Eyeglassesdepot Team!🤓

GBWHO IS RALPH?? NO STARS, none. Visited their web sight for INFORMATION ONLY. These people pre printed a shipping label with out any reply as to cost or even if they could repair. They ask for NO information about my glasses. Now I am being harassed to pay for a shipping label. They have not talked with me only electronic mail. Class action law suit being filed in Virginia. I intend to join in the litigation. Mean while intend to work with Federal agency as appropriate to stop this nonsense.

GBComplain to NYC Dept of Consumer & Worker Protection I have had a very negative experience with this company similar to many other complaints/reviews I have read. After trying to deal (unsuccessfully) with the company I contacted the NYC Department of Consumer and Worker Protection and filed a complaint. The DCWP tried reaching out to eyeglasses depot with no success and because my complaint was the only one on this co with the department, I was told there wasn't anything they could do based on ONE complaint. So, I am asking that each and everyone who sees this and feel that they were scammed by this business will do the same.
