Great company. Amazing service Eyeglasses Depot, the store in Brooklyn New York, is the only place I trust to repair my favorite glasses. I own several prescription eyeglasses, some of which I've had for over a decade because I like them so much. I have also purchased glasses from Eyeglasses Depot and it was an equally great experience. They always do things right.

So far - Very good - Now lets see what happens.... So far, this company has been top notch. They immediately responded to my email saying the prepaid postage label was not attached to the confirmation email. when I say immediate, we are talking about 60 seconds. If the rest of the transaction goes like this, I will be very pleased. I will keep this review updated.

Indicated they would replaced with… Indicated they would replaced with factory lenses and then sent wrong ones back. Worst customer service ever. Should not be in business with the way they deal with and handle their communication. Since...owner reached out and indicated they would replace the lenses to the manufactures specs. Need to mail them back and start the process over. Owner is being helpful in trying to correct the issue.

Fraud Alert! This is a wrong rating percentage. They file their own good reviews to offset the bad ones. They are a scam. If you fill out their online form - which does not constitute a contract - they try to harass you into sending in your glasses even if you decide not to do business with them after investigating them. If you don't send your glasses in, they will harass you to pay a fee for the mailing label that costs them nothing and a "cancellation" fee. Check out their ratty storefront on Google Maps. Scammers - BEWARE This company is a scam. Beware. If you choose not to send your glasses for repair they will hound you and threaten you for a $9.95 cancellation fee. They are continuing to harass me with phone calls and emails, and have threatened to send me to collections. They also have made a veiled threat regarding "all of your personal information." Search for other reviews before dealing with this company - I wish I would have. EDIT: I am not a competitor. Doxxing is harassment, and it's illegal under New York state law. Thanks for the hard proof that your hints about my "personal information" were an actual threat. I'm adding the screenshot to my growing file of evidence.
