GBScammers - BEWARE This company is a scam. Beware. If you choose not to send your glasses for repair they will hound you and threaten you for a $9.95 cancellation fee. They are continuing to harass me with phone calls and emails, and have threatened to send me to collections. They also have made a veiled threat regarding "all of your personal information." Search for other reviews before dealing with this company - I wish I would have. EDIT: I am not a competitor. Doxxing is harassment, and it's illegal under New York state law. Thanks for the hard proof that your hints about my "personal information" were an actual threat. I'm adding the screenshot to my growing file of evidence.

GBIndicated they would replaced with… Indicated they would replaced with factory lenses and then sent wrong ones back. Worst customer service ever. Should not be in business with the way they deal with and handle their communication. Since...owner reached out and indicated they would replace the lenses to the manufactures specs. Need to mail them back and start the process over. Owner is being helpful in trying to correct the issue.

GBThis place is a scam This place is a scam. A two year old could have done a better job repairing my glasses. Now my glasses are beyond repair and they want to charge me more money to fix them. I wish I would have come across this site before I used this company. I understand they are being investigated for false positive reviews. They still have my glasses and have not resolved this issue but still want to charge me $180.

GBONE STAR IS TOO MANY ONE STAR IS TOO MANY TOTAL SCAM AND RUDE BEHAVIOR DONT FALL FOR IT- they like to say people are posting from their competitors. I am not a competitor I am a regular person trying to warn others to be aware of this companies practices so you don’t waste your time with these bozos

GBSo far - Very good - Now lets see what happens.... So far, this company has been top notch. They immediately responded to my email saying the prepaid postage label was not attached to the confirmation email. when I say immediate, we are talking about 60 seconds. If the rest of the transaction goes like this, I will be very pleased. I will keep this review updated.
