Happy Eyeglassesdepot customer🤓 I mailed my broken Prada frames to Eyeglassesdepot in NY from MI for same frame repair. Eyeglassesdepot mailed me a pre-paid label to send broken frames. I mailed frames and in about three weeks, I received frames from Eyeglassesdepot well repaired, a bit tight around ears, but repaired quite well. Thank you Eyeglassesdepot Team!🤓

Wrong prescription, zero service! They have never heard of customer service, apparently. My wife ordered a pair of glasses, which arrived with the wrong prescription. They refused to refund her money and repeated emails went unanswered. Don’t buy from this site, you might as well give your money away.

Vitaly Borker of EyeGlassesDepot.Com Arrested and Charged with Fraud Vitaly Borker, apparently IS the guy who owns and operates EyeGlassesDepot.com. He was arrested and charged last week. Great company. Amazing service Eyeglasses Depot, the store in Brooklyn New York, is the only place I trust to repair my favorite glasses. I own several prescription eyeglasses, some of which I've had for over a decade because I like them so much. I have also purchased glasses from Eyeglasses Depot and it was an equally great experience. They always do things right.

This place is a scam This place is a scam. A two year old could have done a better job repairing my glasses. Now my glasses are beyond repair and they want to charge me more money to fix them. I wish I would have come across this site before I used this company. I understand they are being investigated for false positive reviews. They still have my glasses and have not resolved this issue but still want to charge me $180.
