Emporio Armani Sunglasses from .ca site I was skeptical when ordering through Glassesonweb.ca however I'm pleasantly surprised of the received product. Seems a lot of the bad reviews come from the .com site, is their a difference? Anyways, I had exact same pair of sunglasses previously but the frames were broken (by my toddler) so I kept the lenses and just needed new frames. Decided to purchase through this site and voila, they appear as authentic as the pair I bought through Lens Crafters. My old prescription lenses popped right in the new frames and we're good to go. Came with same case, cloth, documentation, and structure/size/font as store bought pair. Quite impressed. Again, the previous reviews scared me. Saved $50 Canadian through this company. Unpleasant experience Unpleasant experience. Ordered Coach eyeglasses. Was told all purchases were refundable which was important because I knew I may need to try several pairs for the right fit. The eyeglasses did not fit well. When I asked how to return them I received a long email. There is a $10 charge if I wanted to exchange them for another pair and a $15 restocking fee. I paid $10 to return them. Misleading website. Will never shop there again.

Took 5 weeks but glasses did arrive Took 5 weeks but glasses finally arrived! No confirmation email so make sure you write down your order #. I emailed twice regarding this issue and they politely sent me an email reassuring that the glasses are being processed and will receive a tracking number once it's shipped. A representative even called me and left me a voice message reiterating this. A couple weeks later I did receive a tracking number and it took another week and a half for it to arrive. Everything arrived perfectly. Glasses were clean and authentic. Lenses were correct and as expected. It came with the proper case and cleaning cloth. It did take a little longer but I can't complain with these prices I pretty much saved half of what I'd spend in a store. Just be patient.

HUGE SCAM DON'T GIVE THEM A CENT!! I bought glasses for $64. They were tiny as hell! I didnt even put them on and put them right back in the box and emailed them to return the box. I had to pay for that and they charged me a $10 "re-stocking fee" to put it back in their warehouse shelves. its been over 15-21 days they said to get the money back and I HAVE NO MONEY BACK! THIS SITE IS A MASSIVE !@#$ SCAM!! DO NOT GIVE THEM A CENT! They keep responding in emails saying the same canned computer response about 15-21 days to process but won't even confirm they received the package! and of course i can't find the receipt with the tracking number anymore...I didnt expect them to just not pay me and keep both the glasses AND my money! I have been emailing them every week for a freakin month and NO RESPONSE!

Zero ratings Ordered my glasses on July 6th... only for this company to tell us that my husband needed to send in his ID with the same address as his shipping information.... ( I failed to mention that this company immediately took the money out of his account * they tried saying that they only did a pre-authorization* before asking us to provide identification...lol...what a scam and a complete waste of time )
