Glasses are legit on website but poor… Glasses are legit on website but poor order notifications and delivery tracking. None are provided. What is more troubling is that the credit cards I have used on this site end up being used by a 3rd party illegally and have had to cancel credit cards due to unauthorized activity that I suspect is the result of people behind this website

Despicable company - nothing but liars. These people are despicable, miserable liars. Every time you call customer service or send an email, one of the liars will say, "I've got to check with the lab". Then he'll get back on the phone with you and lie about how the lab says your glasses will be shipped the next day. They've done this to me the times now, three days in a row. I'm ordering a refund tomorrow. If your search led you here, believe every rotten review of this disgusting liar company. They are the worst. Glassesonweb are nothing but two-bit liars, shameless, disgusting, bold-faced liars. Nothing more. Avoid at all costs.

Great prices, great glasses Other than being a day later than expected, this site was easy to use and I was sent a shipment notification with tracking. Glasses were perfect and the price was great. I would order from here again.

Great glasses, follow-up emails non existent I ordered nice Michael Kors glasses I had seen at an eye doctor’s office before checking reviews and was worried I wouldn’t get my glasses when I read the negative reviews! I did eventually receive them and they are great. But there were no follow up emails at all that they had received the order or anything, even after I emailed them asking for an eta. Also, I ended up paying in US dollars although I was sure the ad said Canadian prices. Anyway, I ended up with a great pair of single vision glasses just in time. I didn’t see other places to get the exact designer frame I wanted by googling the product number.

HUGE SCAM DON'T GIVE THEM A CENT!! I bought glasses for $64. They were tiny as hell! I didnt even put them on and put them right back in the box and emailed them to return the box. I had to pay for that and they charged me a $10 "re-stocking fee" to put it back in their warehouse shelves. its been over 15-21 days they said to get the money back and I HAVE NO MONEY BACK! THIS SITE IS A MASSIVE !@#$ SCAM!! DO NOT GIVE THEM A CENT! They keep responding in emails saying the same canned computer response about 15-21 days to process but won't even confirm they received the package! and of course i can't find the receipt with the tracking number anymore...I didnt expect them to just not pay me and keep both the glasses AND my money! I have been emailing them every week for a freakin month and NO RESPONSE!
