GBUnpleasant experience Unpleasant experience. Ordered Coach eyeglasses. Was told all purchases were refundable which was important because I knew I may need to try several pairs for the right fit. The eyeglasses did not fit well. When I asked how to return them I received a long email. There is a $10 charge if I wanted to exchange them for another pair and a $15 restocking fee. I paid $10 to return them. Misleading website. Will never shop there again.

GBKiss your money good-bye! Pray you have read all the reviews regarding Glasses on Web before you purchased there. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They don't care that they've sent you rejects. Sure, you'll get replies to your email, but it'll be countless demands for photos and claims that you're wrong - no matter how much you've documented, they won't admit that they've sent you rejects that will fall apart on you. HORRIBLE. STAY AWAY.

GBHUGE SCAM DON'T GIVE THEM A CENT!! I bought glasses for $64. They were tiny as hell! I didnt even put them on and put them right back in the box and emailed them to return the box. I had to pay for that and they charged me a $10 "re-stocking fee" to put it back in their warehouse shelves. its been over 15-21 days they said to get the money back and I HAVE NO MONEY BACK! THIS SITE IS A MASSIVE !@#$ SCAM!! DO NOT GIVE THEM A CENT! They keep responding in emails saying the same canned computer response about 15-21 days to process but won't even confirm they received the package! and of course i can't find the receipt with the tracking number anymore...I didnt expect them to just not pay me and keep both the glasses AND my money! I have been emailing them every week for a freakin month and NO RESPONSE!

GBBuyer Beware!!! Buyer Beware!!! I ordered glasses and received an email stating "Please be informed that the billing address you have provided does not match banks records." I made sure the billing address was correct. I called to ensure everything was processed correctly. I was using my Flex Spending card (which should not have made a difference.) DING, DING, DING...Needless to say I started to feel skeptical it was not feeling right, so I decided to check out the reviews. All reviews were current and more red flags went up. I cancelled the order and feel relieved that I did. The company does not seem legitimate.

GBThey don't sell progressive lenses????????? They don't sell progressive lenses? What is this, 1950? How many people carry around reading AND distance glasses anymore? AND the return policy? You might as well consider your money gone if you try to return them. No prepaid shipping label, no refund on lenses, partial refund on frames? This has to be the WORST GLASSES RETAILER ONLINE. I wouldn't but lens cleaner from these people if I were you. It's like buying pants fron China, you'd better get the fit right or you will lose your money. I now have a pair of expensive frames since I don't carry two pairs of glasses with me everywhere I go.
