GBUnpleasant experience Unpleasant experience. Ordered Coach eyeglasses. Was told all purchases were refundable which was important because I knew I may need to try several pairs for the right fit. The eyeglasses did not fit well. When I asked how to return them I received a long email. There is a $10 charge if I wanted to exchange them for another pair and a $15 restocking fee. I paid $10 to return them. Misleading website. Will never shop there again.

GBWill never use them again...about 2… Will never use them again...about 2 months later lenses started cracking which apparently aren't a defect and aren't covered under warranty...It's cheap for a reason. Lenses break as well as it taking a month to receive the glasses. Atrocious customer service. If you want to deal with all of that and end up paying more go ahead!

GBDo not purchase from this company!!! Spent almost $300 back in February on glasses, received lenses a month later with wrong prescription. Sent glasses back after arguing with one of this customer service agents for over a week! Now it’s been almost two MONTHS!! Still no update on my glasses, nothing! What a rip-off! I’m really beginning to feel this company is taking advantage of the disabled, people who can’t readily get out of their home to Eyeglass shops. It is unreasonable to expect a customer to BLINDLY wait 3-4 months for eye glasses! Filing with the BBB... hopefully my glasses will appear after they contact them!

GBGlasses Arrived Bent Paid $200+ for prescription designer glasses…. Arrived bent and unwearable due to being so crooked…. In fear of never seeing them again based off previous reviews, I’ve decided to suck it up and hopefully get them fixed at my eye doctor office here in town. I will never use this company again. Communication was lacking. $$$ comes out immediately before shipment. They did return my email about shipment promptly but literally 10 days had went by and no follow up email prior to me reaching out first.

GBDespicable company - nothing but liars. These people are despicable, miserable liars. Every time you call customer service or send an email, one of the liars will say, "I've got to check with the lab". Then he'll get back on the phone with you and lie about how the lab says your glasses will be shipped the next day. They've done this to me the times now, three days in a row. I'm ordering a refund tomorrow. If your search led you here, believe every rotten review of this disgusting liar company. They are the worst. Glassesonweb are nothing but two-bit liars, shameless, disgusting, bold-faced liars. Nothing more. Avoid at all costs.
