GBWish I had read these reviews before I spent $250 on some prescription glasses from glassesonweb I bought prescription glasses, they arrived and were incorrect. Their customer service was horrible, they offered a change after a $10 dollar shipping and 15% restocking. Joke of a company, don't even trust them to send back my unusable glasses. Save yourself any grief and don't trade with this business!!!

GBGlasses Arrived Bent Paid $200+ for prescription designer glasses…. Arrived bent and unwearable due to being so crooked…. In fear of never seeing them again based off previous reviews, I’ve decided to suck it up and hopefully get them fixed at my eye doctor office here in town. I will never use this company again. Communication was lacking. $$$ comes out immediately before shipment. They did return my email about shipment promptly but literally 10 days had went by and no follow up email prior to me reaching out first.

GBKiss your money good-bye! Pray you have read all the reviews regarding Glasses on Web before you purchased there. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They don't care that they've sent you rejects. Sure, you'll get replies to your email, but it'll be countless demands for photos and claims that you're wrong - no matter how much you've documented, they won't admit that they've sent you rejects that will fall apart on you. HORRIBLE. STAY AWAY.

GBZero ratings Ordered my glasses on July 6th... only for this company to tell us that my husband needed to send in his ID with the same address as his shipping information.... ( I failed to mention that this company immediately took the money out of his account * they tried saying that they only did a pre-authorization* before asking us to provide identification...lol...what a scam and a complete waste of time )

CAEmporio Armani Sunglasses from .ca site I was skeptical when ordering through Glassesonweb.ca however I'm pleasantly surprised of the received product. Seems a lot of the bad reviews come from the .com site, is their a difference? Anyways, I had exact same pair of sunglasses previously but the frames were broken (by my toddler) so I kept the lenses and just needed new frames. Decided to purchase through this site and voila, they appear as authentic as the pair I bought through Lens Crafters. My old prescription lenses popped right in the new frames and we're good to go. Came with same case, cloth, documentation, and structure/size/font as store bought pair. Quite impressed. Again, the previous reviews scared me. Saved $50 Canadian through this company. From Toronto area.
