GBZero ratings Ordered my glasses on July 6th... only for this company to tell us that my husband needed to send in his ID with the same address as his shipping information.... ( I failed to mention that this company immediately took the money out of his account * they tried saying that they only did a pre-authorization* before asking us to provide identification...lol...what a scam and a complete waste of time )

CAEmporio Armani Sunglasses from .ca site I was skeptical when ordering through Glassesonweb.ca however I'm pleasantly surprised of the received product. Seems a lot of the bad reviews come from the .com site, is their a difference? Anyways, I had exact same pair of sunglasses previously but the frames were broken (by my toddler) so I kept the lenses and just needed new frames. Decided to purchase through this site and voila, they appear as authentic as the pair I bought through Lens Crafters. My old prescription lenses popped right in the new frames and we're good to go. Came with same case, cloth, documentation, and structure/size/font as store bought pair. Quite impressed. Again, the previous reviews scared me. Saved $50 Canadian through this company. GBThey don't sell progressive lenses????????? They don't sell progressive lenses? What is this, 1950? How many people carry around reading AND distance glasses anymore? AND the return policy? You might as well consider your money gone if you try to return them. No prepaid shipping label, no refund on lenses, partial refund on frames? This has to be the WORST GLASSES RETAILER ONLINE. I wouldn't but lens cleaner from these people if I were you. It's like buying pants fron China, you'd better get the fit right or you will lose your money. I now have a pair of expensive frames since I don't carry two pairs of glasses with me everywhere I go.

CAOnly the Shipping Confirmation Ordered a pair of Oakley Wheelhouse sunglasses from this site. Initially I was skeptical due to the reviews here as I have no Order confirmation email and half the customer service links on the site don't really work... But then I was given a shipping confirmation with a tracking number and got the pair 5 days later. I'll be buying again from this site.

GBFoul play Ordered a pair of glasses. Paid extra for expedited shipping. The following day they notified me the glasses weren't available and they would issue an immediate refund if I requested they do so via email. I sent a refund request off via the requested email. The next day they let me know they would issue the refund and I could expect it in 3-4 business days. I feel their refunds should be as immediate as their ability to withdraw the funds. Up to a week after order is unacceptable.
