EXCELLENT !!! My friend recommended this site and although I was skeptical but I gave it a try. I knew what I was looking for so the selection process was fast and easy for me . Took a fraction of time to submit my order . Order was processed and shipped out in just 2 days with delivery way ahead of the estimated schedule. My glasses were packaged perfectly and a detailed receipt of what I purchased was included so I was able to submit the claim to my insurance company without delays . My overall experience was EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!

HUGE SCAM DON'T GIVE THEM A CENT!! I bought glasses for $64. They were tiny as hell! I didnt even put them on and put them right back in the box and emailed them to return the box. I had to pay for that and they charged me a $10 "re-stocking fee" to put it back in their warehouse shelves. its been over 15-21 days they said to get the money back and I HAVE NO MONEY BACK! THIS SITE IS A MASSIVE !@#$ SCAM!! DO NOT GIVE THEM A CENT! They keep responding in emails saying the same canned computer response about 15-21 days to process but won't even confirm they received the package! and of course i can't find the receipt with the tracking number anymore...I didnt expect them to just not pay me and keep both the glasses AND my money! I have been emailing them every week for a freakin month and NO RESPONSE!

Only the Shipping Confirmation Ordered a pair of Oakley Wheelhouse sunglasses from this site. Initially I was skeptical due to the reviews here as I have no Order confirmation email and half the customer service links on the site don't really work... But then I was given a shipping confirmation with a tracking number and got the pair 5 days later. I'll be buying again from this site.

They don't sell progressive lenses????????? They don't sell progressive lenses? What is this, 1950? How many people carry around reading AND distance glasses anymore? AND the return policy? You might as well consider your money gone if you try to return them. No prepaid shipping label, no refund on lenses, partial refund on frames? This has to be the WORST GLASSES RETAILER ONLINE. I wouldn't but lens cleaner from these people if I were you. It's like buying pants fron China, you'd better get the fit right or you will lose your money. I now have a pair of expensive frames since I don't carry two pairs of glasses with me everywhere I go.

Wish I had read these reviews before I spent $250 on some prescription glasses from glassesonweb I bought prescription glasses, they arrived and were incorrect. Their customer service was horrible, they offered a change after a $10 dollar shipping and 15% restocking. Joke of a company, don't even trust them to send back my unusable glasses. Save yourself any grief and don't trade with this business!!!
