GBGlasses Arrived Bent Paid $200+ for prescription designer glasses…. Arrived bent and unwearable due to being so crooked…. In fear of never seeing them again based off previous reviews, I’ve decided to suck it up and hopefully get them fixed at my eye doctor office here in town. I will never use this company again. Communication was lacking. $$$ comes out immediately before shipment. They did return my email about shipment promptly but literally 10 days had went by and no follow up email prior to me reaching out first.

GBThey don't sell progressive lenses????????? They don't sell progressive lenses? What is this, 1950? How many people carry around reading AND distance glasses anymore? AND the return policy? You might as well consider your money gone if you try to return them. No prepaid shipping label, no refund on lenses, partial refund on frames? This has to be the WORST GLASSES RETAILER ONLINE. I wouldn't but lens cleaner from these people if I were you. It's like buying pants fron China, you'd better get the fit right or you will lose your money. I now have a pair of expensive frames since I don't carry two pairs of glasses with me everywhere I go.

GBDo not purchase from this company!!! Spent almost $300 back in February on glasses, received lenses a month later with wrong prescription. Sent glasses back after arguing with one of this customer service agents for over a week! Now it’s been almost two MONTHS!! Still no update on my glasses, nothing! What a rip-off! I’m really beginning to feel this company is taking advantage of the disabled, people who can’t readily get out of their home to Eyeglass shops. It is unreasonable to expect a customer to BLINDLY wait 3-4 months for eye glasses! Filing with the BBB... hopefully my glasses will appear after they contact them!

CAGreat glasses, follow-up emails non existent I ordered nice Michael Kors glasses I had seen at an eye doctor’s office before checking reviews and was worried I wouldn’t get my glasses when I read the negative reviews! I did eventually receive them and they are great. But there were no follow up emails at all that they had received the order or anything, even after I emailed them asking for an eta. Also, I ended up paying in US dollars although I was sure the ad said Canadian prices. Anyway, I ended up with a great pair of single vision glasses just in time. I didn’t see other places to get the exact designer frame I wanted by googling the product number.

GBFoul play Ordered a pair of glasses. Paid extra for expedited shipping. The following day they notified me the glasses weren't available and they would issue an immediate refund if I requested they do so via email. I sent a refund request off via the requested email. The next day they let me know they would issue the refund and I could expect it in 3-4 business days. I feel their refunds should be as immediate as their ability to withdraw the funds. Up to a week after order is unacceptable.
