Don't order from this company. I ordered a pair of Maui Jim sunglasses on Jan. 30th. The email I received after ordering says "allow 3-5 days for shipment". This is very misleading, which is exactly how they intend it to be. I called 8 days after ordering to cancel my order and they say it can't be cancelled, it is going through the shipment process. I still haven't even received the sunglasses yet but I'm so mad about this whole situation, I'll be sending these glasses back as soon as I receive them, and from the reviews I've read, that won't be easy either.

Do not use Eyesave.com Terrible experience with eyesave.com. They send you an email telling you to allow 3-5 days for shipment but what they dont tell you is it takes 7 business days for "processing" before they even ship. I called today and asked why they dont tell you that and the very unfriendly agent said "Ill look into it". I will not use eyesave.com again and would not recommend you to use them either.

HORRIBLE Too long to ship. Doesn't ship within stated 5-7 days. Does not respond to emails. Does not answer phones during working hours. Does not answer "live" chat during stated working hours. Charged credit card after telling them to cancel order and still haven't shipped it or responded to anything. disgusting way to do business.

Horrible Horrible. Stay far away. I bought and paid for Maui Jim sunglasses ($274.00). Was contacted by this “company” saying that they’re out of stock and i should be getting it in two weeks or less. it’s not over a month. I reported them to the BBB now I’m just waiting with my money gone the day I made the purchase. And still no sunglasses.

Had to pester for a refund I returned my sunglasses and sent them back over 2 months ago. I changed my 1 star to a 3 because it took 2 emails and finally a bad review on this site to get my refund. That being said, the initial ordering and shipping experience was fine, and the glasses were quality. They just didn't fit correctly.
