USDon't order from this company. I ordered a pair of Maui Jim sunglasses on Jan. 30th. The email I received after ordering says "allow 3-5 days for shipment". This is very misleading, which is exactly how they intend it to be. I called 8 days after ordering to cancel my order and they say it can't be cancelled, it is going through the shipment process. I still haven't even received the sunglasses yet but I'm so mad about this whole situation, I'll be sending these glasses back as soon as I receive them, and from the reviews I've read, that won't be easy either.

USWrong choice ...... Ordered Gargoyles Firewall shades (Black/Smoke) on Nov 3 after being shown as available on website. Received email on Nov 6 saying the model was no longer available. I did have some misgivings ordering from a no-name site, but learned my lesson the hard way. Its only Amazon and Zappos from now on!

USDo not use Eyesave.com Terrible experience with eyesave.com. They send you an email telling you to allow 3-5 days for shipment but what they dont tell you is it takes 7 business days for "processing" before they even ship. I called today and asked why they dont tell you that and the very unfriendly agent said "Ill look into it". I will not use eyesave.com again and would not recommend you to use them either.

USWell, unlike some others, I had a great buying experience I see that Eyesave.com has been slammed a bit by some reviewers, and no doubt they've had some bad experiences. But I ordered some Maui Jims last Sunday and was very pleased with the transaction. First, I got the glasses for about $20 less than anywhere else I could find on eBay or the rest of the internet. Second, I bought the glasses on Sunday evening and by 9am on Monday had received an email saying the package had been shipped. The glasses arrived on Wednesday, in new and perfect condition, just like I expected. All in all, a perfect buying experience. Maybe I was just lucky, I'm sure bad transactions can happen with any company... but I have no regrets at all with Eyesave.

USVery Unprofessional eStore Five business days after I placed my order, I discovered the Ray Ban sunglasses I ordered was not shipped! I received no email indicating that the item was on backorder, soldout, etc. So I called the company. On prodding the customer service rep, I found out the sunglasses were not in stock although he said I might have ordered the last pair. Of course there was no way to verify this, he said. So I checked the web site to see if at least NOW it showed out of stock and noticed that the item was still listed as 'in stock.' That is, more unwary customers could end up ordering an item that definitely was not in stock without any notification. In all likelihood the same thing had happened to me. Without another thought, I asked the rep to cancel the order. To eyesave.com's one redeeming credit, the company immediately canceled the order, and I received email confirmation right away. Nevertheless, I strongly recommend that you do not order from this company, unless you have ages to wait. Besides, who would trust an unscrupulous company to deliver authentic name-brand sunglasses? At least I didn't end up waiting a month only to find out they shipped me fake sunglasses! And I hope no one reading this has to deal with that kind of situation.
