GBHorrible!!! Horrible!!!! Manager stated the lenses were on back order when actually they are a special order. I called the manufacturer myself and the lenses are not on back order..Extremely rude!!!!! They take money and do not even process the order. I have searched the web and 99 per cent of the reviews are negative!! They need to be shut down. Class action lawsuit is needed!!!

GBNo real customer service-no lenses in stock Do not buy from webeyestore. Their website indicates lenses in stock but I do not think they have any or many. Instead, they most likely take your order and then try to obtain the lenses and reship. Meanwhile, I got an email saying that the lenses had shipped almost immediately and another one saying that the lenses were on backorder. Both could not be correct. I had ordered two different types of lenses from two manufacturers but they could not tell me which lens(es) were actually on backorder. Calling their customer service you get the same phony--literally--recording that makes it sound like you are waiting for a rep, but in my experience no one picks up and they put you on voicemail, then hang up on you. Completely bogus customer service. As noted by others, you cannot actually cancel your order online. My take on the 5 star reviews is that they may well have been written by the owners. Read them carefully.

GBCompletely horrific. I never write reviews, good or bad but this company is awful. They do not answer the phone. You could hold with music for days. After finally getting them to change my order from 2 boxes to 4 via about 20 emails and paying for 4 they sent me only 2. I do not know why I keep dealing with them year after year for 3 of us in this family that wear contacts. This is it. Done, never again after I get this problem resolved. Buyer beware I have been enduring this service for 4+ years. Sometimes saving a little is just not worth the hastle and this I wil never endure this again.

GBBad Experience Enough waiting for delivery after 12 days. Putting in cxl request with credit card today. Not worth the headache !

GBGave Them a 2nd Chance...BAD Decision I had a terrible, awful, horrible experience with Webeyestore several years ago and had some credits on my account due to the problems. I saw that the website was much improved and there were some positive reviews out, so I decided to use the discounts I had to buy new contacts. I was charged $6.95 shipping for 1 box of contacts, and now they are telling me to expect my order next week. That means it took 20 days (or more) to ship from New York to Arkansas?! Absolutely terrible customer service.
