TERRIBLE SITE! UNRELIABLE!- Updated I had a terrible experience with customer service and found the platform unreliable. I faced issues with every transaction: first, I couldn't send an invoice, and second, my money didn't reflect in the account despite it showing as completed and deposited. I communicated with Anna via email, but her responses were unclear. Additionally, the advertised 24/7 support is misleading as it's only a BOT!! Who wants to talk with a BOT!!!! INVEST WITH REAL PEOPLE! Finally got a reply from them and they successfully resolved the concern. Took time to resolve but better than none
