Large canvas poorly engineered Large canvas continue to be inappropriately engineered. did not use wood framing and strong support hardware. the picture not as vivid and clear as photo. used cardboard backing and glue for the seams but didn't consider the impact of the weight. They used the cheap rivet holders. The picture crashed down off the wall in a couple hours and became undisplayable. use Canvas World instead

Great product and fast shipping Great intuitive website. Uploaded my photo and saw the results instantly. Expected the canvas to arrive in 2 to 3 weeks and arrived in 1 week. Packaging was great and canvas print turned out awesome. Will definitely be doing business with this company again.

The canvas brightly and clearly displays my picture and the words I chose over the picture. The canvas material is almost like a painting canvas - it is very good quality and will last many years. The shipping was amazingly fast for the large canvas and frame I ordered. I have received many compliments from family and friends! Usually companies thank their customers....but I want to thank this company for an A+ job and delivery!

Quality product and Service Very satisfied with your service, support and product I purchased. One suggestion I would make relates to paint by number canvas purchases. In addition to creating the PBN canvas, a paper copy would be nice to refer back to when blending colors and over painting the printed lines.

Great Product & Design But Cyber Security Worries The product I chose was beautifully crafted and I did pay for the expert design services $9.95. It was worth having the experts fine tune my design. I definitely would choose Canvas Factory for future projects except that the account I setup was breached and many scam artists made havoc in my email and where else I don’t want to imagine. My iPhone security alerted me to this problem. I’m sorry this happened. Hopefully the company can resolve the problem and get back to making great products.
