Did not use wood around the edges as is typical for a large canvas, only heavy cardboard glued around edge to the edge of the canvas also made of cardboard and some styrofoam stuffing inside. They should have know the canvas was going to be way too heavy for the hook holders. Our picture fell off within a couple hours of hanging. Damaged, unable to display. Fortunately it missed our pup who was laying close by.

Absolutely wonderful Absolutely wonderful! The quality of the canvas print is amazing considering the photo was so old and the colours were so vibrant. We ordered this piece to give to our mother for her birthday of her and our grandfather who passed away a few months ago and words can’t express how grateful we are at the awesome job this company did of capturing the moment we wanted to give her with her dad. Shipping was also fast considering how slow Auspost can be sometimes and email updates were very much appreciated! Thank you!

Pleasantly surprised I took a chance on ordering two canvas wraps for the first time from Canvas Factory for gifts. One print was photo I took of a 40+ year old newspaper clipping of a family member’s youth football team. I figured it was worth a try to have an 12 x 18 canvas wrap printed even though I was unsure how it would turn out. The print turned out better than I had imagined it could. The second print was a 12mp 4032 x 3024 Switzerland mountain scene taken by my wife with an iPhone 13 Pro. I ordered the print as a 30 x 40 canvas wrap and was really worried after I placed the order that the print size I requested would appear grainy. When it arrived I was pleasantly surprised at the image clarity and best of all my wife loves it. The only thing that could have made the experience better would have been if the large print included D-ring attachments for hanging the print by wire in addition to the other mounting options. I will be ordering more prints from Canvas Factory.

Great Product & Design But Cyber Security Worries The product I chose was beautifully crafted and I did pay for the expert design services $9.95. It was worth having the experts fine tune my design. I definitely would choose Canvas Factory for future projects except that the account I setup was breached and many scam artists made havoc in my email and where else I don’t want to imagine. My iPhone security alerted me to this problem. I’m sorry this happened. Hopefully the company can resolve the problem and get back to making great products.
