good customer service The item, large canvas print, arrived quickly; however, the bottom frame was cracked. In notified customer service via email and within an hour received a reply thanking me for the photos and stating a new shipment was on its way!! GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Do not purchase from this company Do not purchase from this company. Framing is very poor quality. Did not use wood around the edges as is typical for a large canvas, only heavy cardboard glued around edge to the edge of the canvas also made of cardboard and some styrofoam stuffing inside. They should have know the canvas was going to be way too heavy for the hook holders. Our picture fell off within a couple hours of hanging. Damaged, unable to display. Fortunately it missed our pup who was laying close by.

The canvas brightly and clearly displays my picture and the words I chose over the picture. The canvas material is almost like a painting canvas - it is very good quality and will last many years. The shipping was amazingly fast for the large canvas and frame I ordered. I have received many compliments from family and friends!
