All of my questions were answered! I had many questions about which material and frame to use for the size and final effect I desired. I was concerned that I would not be speaking with someone knowledgeable about the company products and options. All of my concerns were put to rest. Each of my questions were answered thoroughly and often with examples for me to be clear on what my finished canvas and picture would look like. Because I talked with an experienced person, I felt very confident in moving forward placing my order. I am so happy with the canvas. It is very beautiful. The canvas brightly and clearly displays my picture and the words I chose over the picture. The canvas material is almost like a painting canvas - it is very good quality and will last many years. The shipping was amazingly fast for the large canvas and frame I ordered. I have received many compliments from family and friends! Usually companies thank their customers....but I want to thank this company for an A+ job and delivery!

Canvas Factory is Fantastic! Canvas Factory is amazing. Have done two big projects with you unique canvas layouts with family photos for two different homes and they seem to exceed my expectations every time. Easy-to-use website and great pricing are big gamechangers as well.

DISASTER AVOIDED I was worried that the filter I used to process my photo for enlargement was not going to work. I submitted it anyway and hoped for the best. Your people were quick to verify my fear upon review. I was contacted quickly with a suggested solution, and it was applied it to my photo with spectacular results! Not all companies have this type of customer service...I know from past experience. Will definitely do repeat business with Canvas Factory.

Large canvas poorly engineered Large canvas continue to be inappropriately engineered. did not use wood framing and strong support hardware. the picture not as vivid and clear as photo. used cardboard backing and glue for the seams but didn't consider the impact of the weight. They used the cheap rivet holders. The picture crashed down off the wall in a couple hours and became undisplayable. use Canvas World instead

Suggestions were appreciated I paid extra to have a final review done before printing. The experts reached out to inform me there would be blurry parts of the canvas print and made recommendations. My tri canvas print turned out great and I will definitely use Canvas Factory again! Thanks!
