GBPoor quality frame The print was good quality, however that is the best I can say. The frame I selected was out of stock until 4/15. I contacted them on 4/17 and the new date was mid June. I emailed to find out what frames were in stock and received no response. On 4/28, the print arrived. The frame looked cheap and had spots of glue on it. I was very disappointed. Customer service was good when I called and I received a prompt refund.

GBDoes this place even have anyone working in customer service?! I ordered a t shirt from them March 15 and never received a confirmation email. I did, however, get an email saying I had left something (the shirt) in my cart. No, I hadn't. It felt suspicious to me, and I immediately wished I hadn't tried to deal with a company I had never ordered from before. I contacted customer service online and got an automated email saying I would hear from them soon. Waited a week. No package. No reply. Wrote to customer service again, got another worthless "support ticket" saying I would hear from someone soon. Apparently not. I would never deal with this unprofessional company again. I keep reading they're a legit business, but are they?

GBHigh quality merchandise High quality merchandise. Arrived quickly. Will likely buy more as I have space for things.

GBFine Art America has the WORST customer… Fine Art America has the WORST customer service. They have no knowledge about anything you ask. They don't respond to any inquiries except for cancelation requests. They seem oddly excited about canceling orders like it's good for business or something. Seems like they cancel a lot of orders due to their lack knowledge about everything except canceling orders. I was planning on buying thousands of dollars worth of metal prints for some renovations, but they were simply careless and clueless. She said "We do not SUBMIT any REQUESTS" and after I asked to cancel my order, she said, "I have SUBMITTED your REQUEST for cancelation." My request by the way was to leave off the hanging hardware. Which should be cheaper and easier for you. This is just 1 issue I've had. I've had multiple issues with NO responses.

GBBeautiful Greeting Cards I have been purchasing greeting cards from Fine Art America for two or three years. Covid had a small part in my search for greeting cards on the internet (shops were closed). The main reason I buy cards from FAA is because I got tired of looking for cards at the usual card shops. I could find cards (sometimes) that looked good on the outside but the verses were terrible or it was the other way around...terrible on the outside but maybe a decent verse inside. I pick cards from FAA that fit with the occasion and the recipient. I figure I can write something on the inside as good as any card company could. I wouldn't buy these cards if I didn't think they were wonderful. The cards are beautiful and excellent quality and the envelopes are equality as good. The orders arrive quite soon after I place my order and they are in a nice box, to protect them. I am glad I can make a copy of what I've bought so I can keep track of who gets what card. I don't want to send the same card to someone twice.
