I love the pillow I love the pillow, but the first one I received was NOT what I ordered, so it took over a week to get the right one, so that's why I gave it a 3.

My phone case and cup are very unique. My phone case and cup are very unique. The artist had fond memories passing through my hometown and did this beautiful painting. Fine Art America recognizes and supports artist. So pleased with my purchase.

Does this place even have anyone working in customer service?! I ordered a t shirt from them March 15 and never received a confirmation email. I did, however, get an email saying I had left something (the shirt) in my cart. No, I hadn't. It felt suspicious to me, and I immediately wished I hadn't tried to deal with a company I had never ordered from before. I contacted customer service online and got an automated email saying I would hear from them soon. Waited a week. No package. No reply. Wrote to customer service again, got another worthless "support ticket" saying I would hear from someone soon. Apparently not. I would never deal with this unprofessional company again. I keep reading they're a legit business, but are they?

Fine Art America has the WORST customer… Fine Art America has the WORST customer service. They have no knowledge about anything you ask. They don't respond to any inquiries except for cancelation requests. They seem oddly excited about canceling orders like it's good for business or something. Seems like they cancel a lot of orders due to their lack knowledge about everything except canceling orders. I was planning on buying thousands of dollars worth of metal prints for some renovations, but they were simply careless and clueless. She said "We do not SUBMIT any REQUESTS" and after I asked to cancel my order, she said, "I have SUBMITTED your REQUEST for cancelation." My request by the way was to leave off the hanging hardware. Which should be cheaper and easier for you. This is just 1 issue I've had. I've had multiple issues with NO responses.
