GBProfessional company This company communicated very well and shipped my order quickly. I absolutely love my metal print of the ocean. Great quality including ready to hang attachments. Will be ordering more photos in the future.

GBFine Art America has the WORST customer… Fine Art America has the WORST customer service. They have no knowledge about anything you ask. They don't respond to any inquiries except for cancelation requests. They seem oddly excited about canceling orders like it's good for business or something. Seems like they cancel a lot of orders due to their lack knowledge about everything except canceling orders. I was planning on buying thousands of dollars worth of metal prints for some renovations, but they were simply careless and clueless. She said "We do not SUBMIT any REQUESTS" and after I asked to cancel my order, she said, "I have SUBMITTED your REQUEST for cancelation." My request by the way was to leave off the hanging hardware. Which should be cheaper and easier for you. This is just 1 issue I've had. I've had multiple issues with NO responses.
