GBI had a problem with my charge card… I had a problem with my charge card (hacked) and your company and the seller worked with me. Allot of emails and it really helped me during a crappy time. The constant support was great. WILL shop with you again. Nice to know there are people that care.

GBMy recent purchase turned out to be… My recent purchase turned out to be quite disappointing. The lamp I purchased through 1 st dibs developed a fault less than a year after the glass inexplicably broke as we were serving dinner. This incident has led me to believe that there may be a flaw in the design. When I brought this to the seller's attention, they "generously" offered to replace the glass all that at my expense plus the shipping costs, which I find unacceptable for a brand new item. Instead, I proposed purchasing a different lamp and requested the seller to replace the glass at no additional cost. When I suggested this, they offered a mere $150 discount on the second lamp, which I found to be quite insulting. As a result, I have set the lamp aside and am considering disposing of it. 1st dubs did not try to intervene with the seller. I am very disappointed int heir service you would think that the quality of the customer service is more elevated

GBMarch 1 order still not delivered by April 30 -- Scam! I ordered a coffee table on 1st dibs on March 1. the item is still not delivered and they are fighting a refund. I would not purchase from the site again.

We have had significant success on 1stdibs. We sell several pieces per month, and these sales are to people who most likely would not have found us just doing an online search. Many become regular customers who give our pieces to others as gifts. Many sellers here are complaining that belonging to 1stdibs is not worth it; we just wanted people to know that there are sellers, us for example, who are happy with the expenditure and experience.

GBExcellent quality of their sellers, the art, and their procedures I like the quality of the sellers and the art on 1stDibs. The website is great in terms of the presentation of the items and descriptions and seller reviews. I have had some issues where it won't let me process a purchase and other glitches. But they are my first choice when searching for historic art online.
