GBunexpected level of satisfction it was so easy to set up our business through mycorporation that it seemed unlikely we wouldn't have to do a lot of it on our own. when setting up the bank account we had to have a second evaluation through the compliance department due to the fact that the paperwork was condensed into just a few documents. the bankers said they had never seen or heard of such a simple process for setting up a business. if ever the need arises to set up another business we will without question use this service.

GBFriendly people, poor website Our C-Corp filing was delayed 6 weeks. I do not blame MyCorporation for Delaware's slowness, albeit they do nothing to keep us abreast of the status without a time-consuming phone call to their office. It would be helpful if their website provided a status update without us calling.

GBSo confusing it's unusable. tldr; paid $35 but unable to figure out how to use notary service, very slow customer service. I was trying to use the notary service through mycorporation.com, as recommended by my credit union. I'm well versed in using computers and the internet, etc, but I couldn't figure out how to use the service which charges $35 up front. So I paid, and nothing happened, no email confirmation came for more than an hour.. I decided to use notarize.com which was intuitive and easy. I called cs, and they got back to me several days later.

GBExcellent service! Sure, they try to upsell you, but tbh, I don't mind because I trust their products. Filing for LLC was the simplest task of opening a business, and that's because of MyCorporation. As business owners, we have a million moving parts to think about. I have decided to close down my organization and to start changing my Registered Agent. Brandon was there to lend a hand and even provided the LLC Information Change form I needed. Wouldn't have expected anything different from the company but it is always nice to see that their Customer Support staff are top notch and fully understand what they need to do to support the customer.
