GBSo confusing it's unusable. tldr; paid $35 but unable to figure out how to use notary service, very slow customer service. I was trying to use the notary service through mycorporation.com, as recommended by my credit union. I'm well versed in using computers and the internet, etc, but I couldn't figure out how to use the service which charges $35 up front. So I paid, and nothing happened, no email confirmation came for more than an hour.. I decided to use notarize.com which was intuitive and easy. I called cs, and they got back to me several days later.

GBBAD "customer service" SO BAD!! For a company that prides itself on "customer service", my experience was pretty dire. I had the misfortune to speak to "Tracy", who was panting down the phone as if she'd just run a mile and then as I was speaking to her decided she wanted to talk to someone else around her saying "oh Hi, my names Tracy" FYI Tracy, whispering to other people doesn't mean I can't still hear you! So rude and completed disinterested! Started banging on about "publication fees" but not the courtesy to explain what these are. Dreadful dreadful dreadful, I'm going to look at Legal Zoom or just go directly to the security of state.

GBGreat Service Great Service! I have had a great experience working with MyCorporation. They handled all of my needs in a timely, efficient, and professional manner. I was particularly impressed with my representative Ash, who was also hyper-responsive and very friendly. I can highly recommend the company and the agent I worked with.

GBFive-star Rating- Absolutely! I had the most delightful experience with Sarah Kalian who helped me create my company in less than half an hour. She took my hand and walked me step by step along the process and gave me recommendations about what other services might be useful for me. This is World Class Customer Service. Five-star Rating- Absolutely!

GBFriendly people, poor website Our C-Corp filing was delayed 6 weeks. I do not blame MyCorporation for Delaware's slowness, albeit they do nothing to keep us abreast of the status without a time-consuming phone call to their office. It would be helpful if their website provided a status update without us calling.
