Very Happy!!!!!!!!!! My First LLC was set up by legal zooom (missed spelled for legal reasons) Legal zooom had several hidden fees. I decided to try My Corporation for my second business and I must say I have no complaints. All my questions and concerns where answered by a friendly phone tech.

I have decided to close down my organization and to start changing my Registered Agent. Brandon was there to lend a hand and even provided the LLC Information Change form I needed. So confusing it's unusable. tldr; paid $35 but unable to figure out how to use notary service, very slow customer service. I was trying to use the notary service through mycorporation.com, as recommended by my credit union. I'm well versed in using computers and the internet, etc, but I couldn't figure out how to use the service which charges $35 up front. So I paid, and nothing happened, no email confirmation came for more than an hour.. I decided to use notarize.com which was intuitive and easy. I called cs, and they got back to me several days later.
