Online Services Worked Perfectly For Me! I registered a trademark, with my former employer, through Mycorp. I knew somebody that worked there and they helped me thorough the process. I recently filed a dba but didn't want to bother my connection with Mycorp so I filed it through the website independently on my own. I thought I would write this review to let others know that the services rendered worked as well online independently as well as if you had an inside connection. Friendly people, poor website Our C-Corp filing was delayed 6 weeks. I do not blame MyCorporation for Delaware's slowness, albeit they do nothing to keep us abreast of the status without a time-consuming phone call to their office. It would be helpful if their website provided a status update without us calling.

So confusing it's unusable. tldr; paid $35 but unable to figure out how to use notary service, very slow customer service. I was trying to use the notary service through mycorporation.com, as recommended by my credit union. I'm well versed in using computers and the internet, etc, but I couldn't figure out how to use the service which charges $35 up front. So I paid, and nothing happened, no email confirmation came for more than an hour.. I decided to use notarize.com which was intuitive and easy. I called cs, and they got back to me several days later.
