Transferring our Corp to another state Our company has used MyCorporation for years -or rather we've paid them (a reasonable amount) for years. I hadn't had a need before a few weeks ago and suddenly needed to deal with several issues related to our non-profit corp status. I was contacted by Ash Solhdoust who asked questions, called me, and called back when he couldn't get through. He came back with detailed options for us in writing and has been nothing but professional and unbelievably helpful through several rounds of questions. Online Services Worked Perfectly For Me! I registered a trademark, with my former employer, through Mycorp. I knew somebody that worked there and they helped me thorough the process.
