Excellent service! Sure, they try to upsell you, but tbh, I don't mind because I trust their products. Filing for LLC was the simplest task of opening a business, and that's because of MyCorporation. Transferring our Corp to another state Our company has used MyCorporation for years -or rather we've paid them (a reasonable amount) for years. I hadn't had a need before a few weeks ago and suddenly needed to deal with several issues related to our non-profit corp status. I was contacted by Ash Solhdoust who asked questions, called me, and called back when he couldn't get through.
