Very Happy!!!!!!!!!! My First LLC was set up by legal zooom (missed spelled for legal reasons) Legal zooom had several hidden fees. I decided to try My Corporation for my second business and I must say I have no complaints. All my questions and concerns where answered by a friendly phone tech.

Just do it You won't appreciate how useful My Corp is until you try doing it all yourself. They did the whole shooting match for me from State Reg, to withholding accounts, virtual addresses and RA services for may states simultaneously. Excellent service! Sure, they try to upsell you, but tbh, I don't mind because I trust their products. Filing for LLC was the simplest task of opening a business, and that's because of MyCorporation. As business owners, we have a million moving parts to think about.
