Very Happy!!!!!!!!!! My First LLC was set up by legal zooom (missed spelled for legal reasons) Legal zooom had several hidden fees. I decided to try My Corporation for my second business and I must say I have no complaints. All my questions and concerns where answered by a friendly phone tech.

I have 2 companies with MyCorporation and I am happy and relieved to be able to use them for all my Corporation types of needs.

Ash was great, taking personal responsibility to action my requests and delivering a great result within 72 hrs to meet a deadline. Highly recommend.

Friendly people, poor website Our C-Corp filing was delayed 6 weeks. I do not blame MyCorporation for Delaware's slowness, albeit they do nothing to keep us abreast of the status without a time-consuming phone call to their office. It would be helpful if their website provided a status update without us calling.

Great customer and result-orientation … Great customer and result-orientation values: Joseph explained how to properly dissolve LLC, how long it would take close, etc. He was very kind to talk to along with clear instructions for follow-on steps! Very knowledgeable! Enjoyed talking to him especially several things I learned! He never rushed to help answer tons of my questions - very caring and customer-oriented!
