Transferring our Corp to another state Our company has used MyCorporation for years -or rather we've paid them (a reasonable amount) for years. unexpected level of satisfction it was so easy to set up our business through mycorporation that it seemed unlikely we wouldn't have to do a lot of it on our own. when setting up the bank account we had to have a second evaluation through the compliance department due to the fact that the paperwork was condensed into just a few documents. the bankers said they had never seen or heard of such a simple process for setting up a business. if ever the need arises to set up another business we will without question use this service.
