GBJust do it You won't appreciate how useful My Corp is until you try doing it all yourself. They did the whole shooting match for me from State Reg, to withholding accounts, virtual addresses and RA services for may states simultaneously. GBFriendly people, poor website Our C-Corp filing was delayed 6 weeks. I do not blame MyCorporation for Delaware's slowness, albeit they do nothing to keep us abreast of the status without a time-consuming phone call to their office. It would be helpful if their website provided a status update without us calling.
