I have decided to close down my organization and to start changing my Registered Agent. Brandon was there to lend a hand and even provided the LLC Information Change form I needed. Wouldn't have expected anything different from the company but it is always nice to see that their Customer Support staff are top notch and fully understand what they need to do to support the customer. Transferring our Corp to another state Our company has used MyCorporation for years -or rather we've paid them (a reasonable amount) for years. I hadn't had a need before a few weeks ago and suddenly needed to deal with several issues related to our non-profit corp status. I was contacted by Ash Solhdoust who asked questions, called me, and called back when he couldn't get through. He came back with detailed options for us in writing and has been nothing but professional and unbelievably helpful through several rounds of questions. I don't recall ever having better customer service!

Friendly people, poor website Our C-Corp filing was delayed 6 weeks. I do not blame MyCorporation for Delaware's slowness, albeit they do nothing to keep us abreast of the status without a time-consuming phone call to their office. It would be helpful if their website provided a status update without us calling.

So confusing it's unusable. tldr; paid $35 but unable to figure out how to use notary service, very slow customer service. I was trying to use the notary service through mycorporation.com, as recommended by my credit union. I'm well versed in using computers and the internet, etc, but I couldn't figure out how to use the service which charges $35 up front. So I paid, and nothing happened, no email confirmation came for more than an hour.. I decided to use notarize.com which was intuitive and easy. I called cs, and they got back to me several days later.
