GBVery Happy!!!!!!!!!! My First LLC was set up by legal zooom (missed spelled for legal reasons) Legal zooom had several hidden fees. I decided to try My Corporation for my second business and I must say I have no complaints. All my questions and concerns where answered by a friendly phone tech.

GBSo confusing it's unusable. tldr; paid $35 but unable to figure out how to use notary service, very slow customer service. I was trying to use the notary service through mycorporation.com, as recommended by my credit union. I'm well versed in using computers and the internet, etc, but I couldn't figure out how to use the service which charges $35 up front. So I paid, and nothing happened, no email confirmation came for more than an hour.. I decided to use notarize.com which was intuitive and easy. I called cs, and they got back to me several days later.

Also, when he didn’t immediately know the answer to my query, he said he woujd do some research and revert back to me with a response. Within 2 hours, he had emailed me a response and provided follow-up links and details if I needed further information or needed to pursue the matters further. GBTransferring our Corp to another state Our company has used MyCorporation for years -or rather we've paid them (a reasonable amount) for years. I hadn't had a need before a few weeks ago and suddenly needed to deal with several issues related to our non-profit corp status. I was contacted by Ash Solhdoust who asked questions, called me, and called back when he couldn't get through. He came back with detailed options for us in writing and has been nothing but professional and unbelievably helpful through several rounds of questions. I don't recall ever having better customer service!
