Just do it You won't appreciate how useful My Corp is until you try doing it all yourself. They did the whole shooting match for me from State Reg, to withholding accounts, virtual addresses and RA services for may states simultaneously. unexpected level of satisfction it was so easy to set up our business through mycorporation that it seemed unlikely we wouldn't have to do a lot of it on our own. when setting up the bank account we had to have a second evaluation through the compliance department due to the fact that the paperwork was condensed into just a few documents. the bankers said they had never seen or heard of such a simple process for setting up a business. if ever the need arises to set up another business we will without question use this service.

Transferring our Corp to another state Our company has used MyCorporation for years -or rather we've paid them (a reasonable amount) for years. I hadn't had a need before a few weeks ago and suddenly needed to deal with several issues related to our non-profit corp status. I was contacted by Ash Solhdoust who asked questions, called me, and called back when he couldn't get through. He came back with detailed options for us in writing and has been nothing but professional and unbelievably helpful through several rounds of questions. Friendly people, poor website Our C-Corp filing was delayed 6 weeks. I do not blame MyCorporation for Delaware's slowness, albeit they do nothing to keep us abreast of the status without a time-consuming phone call to their office. It would be helpful if their website provided a status update without us calling.

Wouldn't have expected anything different from the company but it is always nice to see that their Customer Support staff are top notch and fully understand what they need to do to support the customer.
