Just do it You won't appreciate how useful My Corp is until you try doing it all yourself. They did the whole shooting match for me from State Reg, to withholding accounts, virtual addresses and RA services for may states simultaneously. Transferring our Corp to another state Our company has used MyCorporation for years -or rather we've paid them (a reasonable amount) for years.
