They did the whole shooting match for me from State Reg, to withholding accounts, virtual addresses and RA services for may states simultaneously. Transferring our Corp to another state Our company has used MyCorporation for years -or rather we've paid them (a reasonable amount) for years. I hadn't had a need before a few weeks ago and suddenly needed to deal with several issues related to our non-profit corp status.
