Friendly people, poor website Our C-Corp filing was delayed 6 weeks. I do not blame MyCorporation for Delaware's slowness, albeit they do nothing to keep us abreast of the status without a time-consuming phone call to their office. It would be helpful if their website provided a status update without us calling.

Transferring our Corp to another state Our company has used MyCorporation for years -or rather we've paid them (a reasonable amount) for years.
