unexpected level of satisfction it was so easy to set up our business through mycorporation that it seemed unlikely we wouldn't have to do a lot of it on our own. when setting up the bank account we had to have a second evaluation through the compliance department due to the fact that the paperwork was condensed into just a few documents. the bankers said they had never seen or heard of such a simple process for setting up a business. if ever the need arises to set up another business we will without question use this service.

So confusing it's unusable. tldr; paid $35 but unable to figure out how to use notary service, very slow customer service. I was trying to use the notary service through mycorporation.com, as recommended by my credit union. I'm well versed in using computers and the internet, etc, but I couldn't figure out how to use the service which charges $35 up front. So I paid, and nothing happened, no email confirmation came for more than an hour.. I decided to use notarize.com which was intuitive and easy. I called cs, and they got back to me several days later.

Great Service and Professionalism Brandon was very patient and knowledgeable. Also, when he didn’t immediately know the answer to my query, he said he woujd do some research and revert back to me with a response. Within 2 hours, he had emailed me a response and provided follow-up links and details if I needed further information or needed to pursue the matters further. On the whole, Brandon was a great reminder of what I was paying for in hiring the services of MyCorp. Knowledge. Accuracy of detail. Professionalism. Patience.

BAD "customer service" SO BAD!! For a company that prides itself on "customer service", my experience was pretty dire. I had the misfortune to speak to "Tracy", who was panting down the phone as if she'd just run a mile and then as I was speaking to her decided she wanted to talk to someone else around her saying "oh Hi, my names Tracy" FYI Tracy, whispering to other people doesn't mean I can't still hear you! So rude and completed disinterested! Started banging on about "publication fees" but not the courtesy to explain what these are. Dreadful dreadful dreadful, I'm going to look at Legal Zoom or just go directly to the security of state.

I have decided to close down my organization and to start changing my Registered Agent. Brandon was there to lend a hand and even provided the LLC Information Change form I needed. Wouldn't have expected anything different from the company but it is always nice to see that their Customer Support staff are top notch and fully understand what they need to do to support the customer.
