GBBAD "customer service" SO BAD!! For a company that prides itself on "customer service", my experience was pretty dire. I had the misfortune to speak to "Tracy", who was panting down the phone as if she'd just run a mile and then as I was speaking to her decided she wanted to talk to someone else around her saying "oh Hi, my names Tracy" FYI Tracy, whispering to other people doesn't mean I can't still hear you! So rude and completed disinterested! Started banging on about "publication fees" but not the courtesy to explain what these are. Dreadful dreadful dreadful, I'm going to look at Legal Zoom or just go directly to the security of state.

GBTransferring our Corp to another state Our company has used MyCorporation for years -or rather we've paid them (a reasonable amount) for years. I hadn't had a need before a few weeks ago and suddenly needed to deal with several issues related to our non-profit corp status. I was contacted by Ash Solhdoust who asked questions, called me, and called back when he couldn't get through. He came back with detailed options for us in writing and has been nothing but professional and unbelievably helpful through several rounds of questions. I don't recall ever having better customer service!

GBOnline Services Worked Perfectly For Me! I registered a trademark, with my former employer, through Mycorp. I knew somebody that worked there and they helped me thorough the process. I recently filed a dba but didn't want to bother my connection with Mycorp so I filed it through the website independently on my own. I thought I would write this review to let others know that the services rendered worked as well online independently as well as if you had an inside connection.
