Incredible all around from the packing to product itself I am so fascinated with the Catrinas. I’ve started a collection and feel fortunate to have found a business that produces high quality Catrinas. To me, they are perfect !! The packaging & shipping process is incredible!!! I was very disappointed with the quality and workmanship I was very disappointed with the quality of my Catrina. I absolutely love Catrinas and have a large collection, several pieces are from this shop, however as a valentines gift from my husband he ordered me a very tall Catrina and although she is beautiful the quality and workmanship is quiet disappointing. Her body is all crooked as if she was laid on her side during drying time or baking. She is completely flat on one side and is very lopsided. This is the 2nd piece I received with poor workmanship, the first was replaced. This particular one is a gift and so I’m not sure how to have it replaced or refunded. The pictures portrayed are of special care and detail certainly not what I’ve received.
