Good Stuff, Inefficient Shipping I think your selection, pricing, and quality seems good! Your website is easy to use, and I like being able to save to a wishlist. The frequent discounts are nice too. My only complaint is that your shipping process is inefficient; I’ve ordered twice now and both times the standard shipping goes through DHL and is then picked up by USPS, and it all takes over a week to send something from a warehouse in Columbus to me in Buffalo, maybe four hours away. I don’t know anything about business logistics, but it seems to me that shipping directly through USPS, if possible, would get things to people faster. Other than that though, I’m very happy with KnitPicks!

High quality paper of pattern books I just ordered 5 pattern books from Knit Picks that were on sale for between 70-90% off during their recent big sale. I am so impressed with these books that I paid a mere ~$5.00 or less each for as they are printed on very high quality paper and the cover is made from that soft, almost silicon-feeling paper. These are books that will stand up to the repeated use they will get in future years! I encourage customers not to hesitate to purchase their patterns from Knit Picks! You’ll get much more than you paid for which is a rarity these days!

I have been using Knit Picks for years… I have been using Knit Picks for years and they have never failed me! I love their needles and yarn. Oh and their accessories are awesome too. Their customer service is top notch as well. We lost an order in the mail (possibly my mistake) and they replaced it no questions asked. Never a disappointment!

Love the wide variety Love the wide variety, depth and choice of fingerling colours. So far lovely for knitting toy animals for kids. Have yet to come up with clothing patterns. Price is reasonable. Good delivery after ordering. Cheers. Meri Marja-terttu

Interchangeable needle replacement I broke a rainbow interchangeable knitting needle. It was size 5 which I seemed to need for every project after that. I was so happy to see that I could just replace the size 5 needles without having to buy the whole set. Many of the other brands I've found don't sell the needles separately. I also love my cable needle organizer.
