GBBad experience. I've used Knitpicks in the past and I've been very satisfied. However, I recently purchased yarn and pattern books in two separate orders from Knitpicks. It has been an awful experience. They made errors in the shipping of the first order, which cost me money and I think they forgot my second order. When I called and emailed, customer service didn't do what they said they would do. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told someone would call me back. No one did. I finally asked for the email address of the CEO but my request was ignored. This company needs customer response training. I'm very disappointed.

GBHave consistently received quality… Have consistently received quality yarns and patterns for most of my recent projects. As I have to order online, colors may be difficult to match so KnitPicks has always been very responsive to replacement or refunds quickly. I plan to continue to use them as my primary source of yarns and accessories for my craft projects.

GBKnit Picks is a great yarn company Knit Picks is a great yarn company. I find their yarn reasonably priced and of good quality. They offer a large range of colors that are beautiful. Their needle choices are great and they offer a large array of accessories and books. There is also a fast turn around in receiving your product.

GBI have been using Knit Picks for years… I have been using Knit Picks for years and they have never failed me! I love their needles and yarn. Oh and their accessories are awesome too. Their customer service is top notch as well. We lost an order in the mail (possibly my mistake) and they replaced it no questions asked. Never a disappointment!
