GBBad experience. I've used Knitpicks in the past and I've been very satisfied. However, I recently purchased yarn and pattern books in two separate orders from Knitpicks. It has been an awful experience. They made errors in the shipping of the first order, which cost me money and I think they forgot my second order. When I called and emailed, customer service didn't do what they said they would do. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told someone would call me back. No one did. I finally asked for the email address of the CEO but my request was ignored. This company needs customer response training. I'm very disappointed.

CAExcellent prices, quality and customer service I love KnitPicks. I've been a customer for years, and most of my tools and notions come from KnitPicks. I adore my interchangeable needle set. The yarns are excellent quality for the price, and they have an enormous selection. But most of all, I love their customer service! I've had a couple of needles break over the years, and most recently, my yarn swift broke. They offered to replace it at no charge, no returns or even proof necessary. I was so sure I'd have to buy a new one! I can't say enough good things about how they run their company, customer service like this isn't the norm anymore!

GBI have been using Knit Picks for years… I have been using Knit Picks for years and they have never failed me! I love their needles and yarn. Oh and their accessories are awesome too. Their customer service is top notch as well. We lost an order in the mail (possibly my mistake) and they replaced it no questions asked. Never a disappointment!

CALove the wide variety Love the wide variety, depth and choice of fingerling colours. So far lovely for knitting toy animals for kids. Have yet to come up with clothing patterns. Price is reasonable. Good delivery after ordering. Cheers. Meri Marja-terttu

GBLovely, Practical Yarn My order was filled promptly and correctly. I purchased the Swish (superwash merino wool) DK weight for a baby sweater and found it very soft. The Lost Lake Heather is beautiful, and I love the variation in the color. Lovely undertones. I am happy with my purchase.
