Their customer service is top notch as well. We lost an order in the mail (possibly my mistake) and they replaced it no questions asked. Never a disappointment!

Long Time Customer I have been a Knit Picks customer for a long time and have been happy with the quality, price, and service. My recent purchase is the Eldfell Pullover sweater kit, and I am anxious to begin knitting! I find the Knit Picks specialty pattern books to be excellent with beautiful photos and clear instructions. I have purchased several of them and have knitted a variety of the sweaters for myself and others.

As I have to order online, colors may be difficult to match so KnitPicks has always been very responsive to replacement or refunds quickly. Love the fibre and already busily knitting a Fairisle Jumper for my daughter's birthday.
