As I have to order online, colors may be difficult to match so KnitPicks has always been very responsive to replacement or refunds quickly. I plan to continue to use them as my primary source of yarns and accessories for my craft projects.

Long Time Customer I have been a Knit Picks customer for a long time and have been happy with the quality, price, and service. High quality paper of pattern books I just ordered 5 pattern books from Knit Picks that were on sale for between 70-90% off during their recent big sale. I am so impressed with these books that I paid a mere ~$5.00 or less each for as they are printed on very high quality paper and the cover is made from that soft, almost silicon-feeling paper.
