Excellent prices, quality and customer service I love KnitPicks. I've been a customer for years, and most of my tools and notions come from KnitPicks. I adore my interchangeable needle set. The yarns are excellent quality for the price, and they have an enormous selection. But most of all, I love their customer service! I've had a couple of needles break over the years, and most recently, my yarn swift broke. They offered to replace it at no charge, no returns or even proof necessary. I was so sure I'd have to buy a new one! I can't say enough good things about how they run their company, customer service like this isn't the norm anymore!

Knit Picks is a great yarn company Knit Picks is a great yarn company. I find their yarn reasonably priced and of good quality. They offer a large range of colors that are beautiful. Their needle choices are great and they offer a large array of accessories and books. There is also a fast turn around in receiving your product.
