The yarns are excellent quality for the price, and they have an enormous selection. But most of all, I love their customer service! I've had a couple of needles break over the years, and most recently, my yarn swift broke. They offered to replace it at no charge, no returns or even proof necessary. I was so sure I'd have to buy a new one! I can't say enough good things about how they run their company, customer service like this isn't the norm anymore!

I have been using Knit Picks for years… I have been using Knit Picks for years and they have never failed me! I love their needles and yarn. Oh and their accessories are awesome too. Their customer service is top notch as well. We lost an order in the mail (possibly my mistake) and they replaced it no questions asked. Never a disappointment!
