GBBad experience. I've used Knitpicks in the past and I've been very satisfied. However, I recently purchased yarn and pattern books in two separate orders from Knitpicks. It has been an awful experience. They made errors in the shipping of the first order, which cost me money and I think they forgot my second order. When I called and emailed, customer service didn't do what they said they would do. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told someone would call me back. No one did. I finally asked for the email address of the CEO but my request was ignored. This company needs customer response training. I'm very disappointed.

GBLong Time Customer I have been a Knit Picks customer for a long time and have been happy with the quality, price, and service. My recent purchase is the Eldfell Pullover sweater kit, and I am anxious to begin knitting! I find the Knit Picks specialty pattern books to be excellent with beautiful photos and clear instructions. I have purchased several of them and have knitted a variety of the sweaters for myself and others.

GBI've been ordering from Knit Picks for… I've been ordering from Knit Picks for years now and I have never been disappointed by the quality of the packages, and yarn. I am a sock knitter mostly and buy fingering weight yarn mainly. I enjoy the Stroll, and Hawthorne lines, but all the sock yarns are great.

CAGood variety of products. Good variety of products, choice of yarns and cottons. Fast service between order and delivery. I also get help when I have a question or need assistance with a pattern without waiting long.

GBGood Stuff, Inefficient Shipping I think your selection, pricing, and quality seems good! Your website is easy to use, and I like being able to save to a wishlist. The frequent discounts are nice too. My only complaint is that your shipping process is inefficient; I’ve ordered twice now and both times the standard shipping goes through DHL and is then picked up by USPS, and it all takes over a week to send something from a warehouse in Columbus to me in Buffalo, maybe four hours away. I don’t know anything about business logistics, but it seems to me that shipping directly through USPS, if possible, would get things to people faster. Other than that though, I’m very happy with KnitPicks!
