5 stars!!! I have been using Pelipost since February, I love it! I don't have a printer at home or have the access to get anywhere to print photos. Pelipost makes it possible to send pictures whether its for a local prison or up state! 5 stars definitely recommend!!

Updated review My brother still hasn’t received his photos. The order date was 2-9-2023 and the status reads arrived. I had to leave a review since there is no listed contact information. Update: I realized that I did not change my brother’s institution after he was moved. My previous review was a result of my misunderstanding. Customer service was supportive, timely and very professional. I will continue to use Pelipost to send my brother photos.

Janel was amazing Janel was amazing! She was very kind and professional. She answered all my questions and was able to resolve my problem quickly.

I was promised quick delivery with 3… I was promised quick delivery with 3 days however it’s been 24 hours and my photos aren’t even printed. Becky doesn’t even respond to my queries as to why my photos aren’t printed yet. I will recommend to send photos yourself than use this app their communication is horrible. If I don’t get a response today I’m cancelling my order. I do not recommend.
