high quality I've been using the Monport 20W fiber laser for about two weeks now and have marked dozens of items with it. The results have been consistently precise and clean, and the machine is easy to operate. It's been a reliable addition to my workspace, and I'm very happy with the quality it delivers.

I bought a CO2 laser from Monport on… I bought a CO2 laser from Monport on May of 2022 and received it on October of 2022. Based on my machine, the quality is poor. (1) The first thing that broke were the cast hinges within a month i replaced them with steel ones from my local hardware store. (2) The On/Off switch shortly after they replaced it, it took over a week. (3) The Z0 axis probe dove into the wood without stopping (2023). Few weeks go by and they sent wrong one, they keep telling me they'll replace it. (4) The laser power supply goes out. Again they said they'll replace it. As of today 3/12/24 being waiting on Z0 probe for three months and for the power supply 2 months. Monport lacks customer support and lacks knowledge on troubleshooting. I'm frustrated. Now it seems they don't want to honor their warranty. Now after comparing other machines to this one, i would not recommend Monport.

Machine is junk I could fill volumes with the frustrations this has caused not to mention the expenses that I cannot recoup, the software that I had to subscribe to because I messed around with this so long it exceeded the trial period, the peripheral equipment bought in support of this. These are cheap Chinese machines imported with no quality control and they do not work. Monport is not equipped to provide support and does not even have technicians qualified to provide support. You end up emailing back and forth with translated emails from China that take days to get response. I have gone round and round for weeks, they have actually had me changing hardware in the machine ( I paid for a new functioning product ) and they have me replacing the mother board in the thing. Rediculous and it made no difference. THEY DON'T KNOW HOW THESE WORK. I've finally had enough, I told them I want a refund,they've told me for the past 4 days that they are working on a call tag and it's marked urgent. 4 days for a call tag? In my opinion, This company is stealing people's money. Please read positive reviews carefully. Many seem worded rather strangely. Reviews that offer coupons or refer you to mfg website seem rather suspect.
