My problem was solved I purchased a Monport CO2 engraving machine a year ago. I am very satisfied with the product. Although the machine had some minor malfunctions during long-term use, I contacted the after-sales team and they all gave me solutions. It would be better if the assistance from monport's support team could be faster

Machine is junk I could fill volumes with the frustrations this has caused not to mention the expenses that I cannot recoup, the software that I had to subscribe to because I messed around with this so long it exceeded the trial period, the peripheral equipment bought in support of this. These are cheap Chinese machines imported with no quality control and they do not work. Monport is not equipped to provide support and does not even have technicians qualified to provide support. You end up emailing back and forth with translated emails from China that take days to get response. I have gone round and round for weeks, they have actually had me changing hardware in the machine ( I paid for a new functioning product ) and they have me replacing the mother board in the thing. Rediculous and it made no difference. THEY DON'T KNOW HOW THESE WORK. I've finally had enough, I told them I want a refund,they've told me for the past 4 days that they are working on a call tag and it's marked urgent. 4 days for a call tag? In my opinion, This company is stealing people's money. Please read positive reviews carefully. Many seem worded rather strangely. Reviews that offer coupons or refer you to mfg website seem rather suspect.
