GBI ordered a month and a half ago I ordered a month and a half ago. You order from a site pretending to be from your preferred country and it all just comes from China…what doesn’t anymore really. Thought I was getting g a USA made product. Hopefully it arrives.

AUVery good customer service from… Very good customer service from Figured'Art. They addressed my problem (missing brushes) immediately. I purchased kits with canvas plus optional frames as gifts for my granddaughters. Next time I will opt for the "already framed" version. I didn't notice that option when I was choosing. I think it will be easier to paint plus we're not very handy. The optional frame comes in four pieces and you have to put it together yourself and stretch the canvas over, etc. The "easy" paintings I chose were extremely detailed and I'd say they are for adults with a lot of patience. I wouldn't think "easy" is for young children because of the difficulty level. These kits are of high quality and the customer service is excellent. Highly recommended.

GBCustomer service review I accidentally ordered a kit with frame. I figured out my error when I got my confirmation email and sent an email back to customer service. They responded with great kindness within the hour and had already processed my request to change my kit from a framed kit to a kit without a frame AND processed a refund for the price difference. I was completely blown away by their quick response and customer care. Really a great company to order from and I will FOR SURE keep ordering from them in the future.

ZAOrder #11329709H and #11331148H (extra shipping) Specifically went for this company for their 2+1 deal diamond dotting and FREE shipping worldwide. Placed order 23 Oct 23, received email 25 Oct 23 regards postage address not being suitable, supplied new address 26 Oct 23, WAITED and queried via email, Sam replied 8 Nov 23 saying my order would be prioritised. Received email 9 Nov 23 saying i would now have to pay for shipping with Fedex (Free shipping ???), duly paid, Sam indicated i should receive a tracking number within a few days, STILL WAITING. Will say Sam has assisted (sort of). I would have requested cancel if it wasn't that I wanted these specific type pictures. Lets see what happens, will update my review accordingly. Received my items in good order 27 Nov 23. Happy with all except the shipping costs that were unexpected.
