My experience was just ok My experience was just ok. The biggest issue is shipping time and packaging. It took over 4 weeks to get my kit and I had to reach out to customer service. The packaging was ridiculous with hand taped bubble wrap. The frame is worthless and cheap. The canas product itself is fine - the canvas was nicely rolled and paints were good. Need to work on the packaging and delivery times.

Very good customer service Hi Figured’Art. I am a relatively new customer and this is my first experience with paint by number. I love the concept, especially since the choice of models is vast and varied. There is no need to go into detail, but so far I have to say that the customer service is excellent and I have no hesitation in giving a 5 star rating. The only thing I regret is the delivery time which is always around a month. The ordered products always arrive in good condition, but you must always plan well in advance. Best regards, Pierre

I have been steady customer … I have been steady customer for quite a while now and had no problems. Recently however the quality of the paint has gotten quite poor. There is not enough pigment in the paint for good coverage. The paint has become more translucent and I have to go back over areas as much as 3 times to cover the numbers and lines. Because of this I have run out of paint several times and have not been able to finish the picture. Will probably not be ordering again

Great product! As I was in the process of finding art that I felt I could acutally do, as a newbie it was tricky until I came across this company. Receiving the packages in such a timely manner as well as viewing all the goodness, I'm really excited to get started! I did have a question and customer service replied promptly and kindly.

Speedy customer service I ordered a custom paint-by-numbers kit and one of the paint pots I received was the wrong color for the color code on the sample picture. I contacted Figured'Art and got a speedy response and confirmation that the correct paint pot is on its way. Very responsive. Exactly how good customer service is supposed to be. Also, I appreciate that I can pay for my purchases securely through PayPal.
