It didn’t take me 4 years to complete either. That’s how long it took to complete the original. I thoroughly enjoyed painting and learning about the artist and his painting. I will be ordering again😄

GBI have been steady customer … I have been steady customer for quite a while now and had no problems. Recently however the quality of the paint has gotten quite poor. There is not enough pigment in the paint for good coverage. The paint has become more translucent and I have to go back over areas as much as 3 times to cover the numbers and lines. Because of this I have run out of paint several times and have not been able to finish the picture. Will probably not be ordering again

CASpeedy customer service I ordered a custom paint-by-numbers kit and one of the paint pots I received was the wrong color for the color code on the sample picture. I contacted Figured'Art and got a speedy response and confirmation that the correct paint pot is on its way. Very responsive. Exactly how good customer service is supposed to be. Also, I appreciate that I can pay for my purchases securely through PayPal.

GBCounterfeit items and returns only at my expense This company is selling counterfeit merchandise using images they don't have the right to be using. Because of this, the image quality is horrible. One painting (the zodiac) doesn't even have the names of the signs on it like the image. I compared to other real versions of the painting and saw the difference. I've been communicating about returning my order but they said it's only at my expense which is about $30 in shipping costs. I'm currently working with PayPal and my bank to get my money back for their fake products

ZAOrder #11329709H and #11331148H (extra shipping) Specifically went for this company for their 2+1 deal diamond dotting and FREE shipping worldwide. Placed order 23 Oct 23, received email 25 Oct 23 regards postage address not being suitable, supplied new address 26 Oct 23, WAITED and queried via email, Sam replied 8 Nov 23 saying my order would be prioritised. Received email 9 Nov 23 saying i would now have to pay for shipping with Fedex (Free shipping ???), duly paid, Sam indicated i should receive a tracking number within a few days, STILL WAITING. Will say Sam has assisted (sort of). I would have requested cancel if it wasn't that I wanted these specific type pictures. Lets see what happens, will update my review accordingly. Received my items in good order 27 Nov 23. Happy with all except the shipping costs that were unexpected.
