Great product! As I was in the process of finding art that I felt I could acutally do, as a newbie it was tricky until I came across this company. Receiving the packages in such a timely manner as well as viewing all the goodness, I'm really excited to get started! I did have a question and customer service replied promptly and kindly.

Dance Class… This is my first experience ordering from Figured'Art USA. I was very impressed with the customer service from Sam. My first order wasn't quite what the advertised picture showed. With apologies Sam replaced it at no charge. I am disappointed the product comes from China. I will order again from this company.

Very good customer service from… Very good customer service from Figured'Art. They addressed my problem (missing brushes) immediately. I purchased kits with canvas plus optional frames as gifts for my granddaughters. Next time I will opt for the "already framed" version. I didn't notice that option when I was choosing. I think it will be easier to paint plus we're not very handy. The optional frame comes in four pieces and you have to put it together yourself and stretch the canvas over, etc. The "easy" paintings I chose were extremely detailed and I'd say they are for adults with a lot of patience. I wouldn't think "easy" is for young children because of the difficulty level. These kits are of high quality and the customer service is excellent. Highly recommended.

Dean with their support group was diligent in responding to any questions I had. Indeed a good buy. I am now a fan of Figured Art. ❤️🙏
