Dance Class… This is my first experience ordering from Figured'Art USA. I was very impressed with the customer service from Sam. My first order wasn't quite what the advertised picture showed. With apologies Sam replaced it at no charge. I am disappointed the product comes from China. I will order again from this company.

Excellent and timely customer service Excellent and timely customer service. My first time ordering. I successfully completed the Transfiguration paint by number. It didn’t take me 4 years to complete either. That’s how long it took to complete the original. I thoroughly enjoyed painting and learning about the artist and his painting. I will be ordering again😄

Speedy customer service I ordered a custom paint-by-numbers kit and one of the paint pots I received was the wrong color for the color code on the sample picture. I contacted Figured'Art and got a speedy response and confirmation that the correct paint pot is on its way. Very responsive. Exactly how good customer service is supposed to be. Also, I appreciate that I can pay for my purchases securely through PayPal.
