Customer service review I accidentally ordered a kit with frame. I figured out my error when I got my confirmation email and sent an email back to customer service. They responded with great kindness within the hour and had already processed my request to change my kit from a framed kit to a kit without a frame AND processed a refund for the price difference. I was completely blown away by their quick response and customer care. Really a great company to order from and I will FOR SURE keep ordering from them in the future.

Was looking for more paint by numbers… Was looking for more paint by numbers for my handicapped son - he really enjoys this as a hobby. Had many sites come up but he chose two from the bunch and both were with Figured Art. Bonus - with two he got one free. Easy to deal with, no hassles, one painting came within two days and the other two arrived shortly thereafter. Best part - real people responded to all inquiries.

I have been steady customer … I have been steady customer for quite a while now and had no problems. Recently however the quality of the paint has gotten quite poor. There is not enough pigment in the paint for good coverage. The paint has become more translucent and I have to go back over areas as much as 3 times to cover the numbers and lines. Because of this I have run out of paint several times and have not been able to finish the picture. Will probably not be ordering again

Excellent and timely customer service Excellent and timely customer service. My first time ordering. I successfully completed the Transfiguration paint by number. It didn’t take me 4 years to complete either. That’s how long it took to complete the original. I thoroughly enjoyed painting and learning about the artist and his painting. I will be ordering again😄

Good customerservice While I am a bit disappointed that a crocheting kit was online and then it turned out there were problems and therefore couldn't get my order, the customer service is friendly and good. They gave me an option to choose an alternative on their website but instead I asked a refund which they gave with no issues.If the product comes back I will surely order it again.
