GBAfter not receiving my package ordered… After not receiving my package ordered in Nov I contacted the support team who very actively engaged with me on the shipping issue. They kept on touch for the 2 months that my package roamed through the postal service. Finally, at my request they reshipped the order and even investigated using another mail carrier. I finally received my order yesterday after the support team let me know it was set for delivery that day. I received the paintings and got to work on my first one right away. The canvas is well marked, the paints and brushes are in good condition. The product seems to be top notch, bit the customer service is even better. Thank you FiguredArt.

CAGreat product! As I was in the process of finding art that I felt I could acutally do, as a newbie it was tricky until I came across this company. Receiving the packages in such a timely manner as well as viewing all the goodness, I'm really excited to get started! I did have a question and customer service replied promptly and kindly.

GBI have been steady customer … I have been steady customer for quite a while now and had no problems. Recently however the quality of the paint has gotten quite poor. There is not enough pigment in the paint for good coverage. The paint has become more translucent and I have to go back over areas as much as 3 times to cover the numbers and lines. Because of this I have run out of paint several times and have not been able to finish the picture. Will probably not be ordering again

GBI love this place… I will not get paint by numbers from anyone else now that I found Figured’Art USA and I found them a couple years ago actually and they are fabulous. The paintings are top quality. I’ve had a couple reasons to contact them and their customer service is amazing. They are so helpful and go the extra mile for you Figured Art USA is a reputable company and I recommend this place highly.

GBCustomer service review I accidentally ordered a kit with frame. I figured out my error when I got my confirmation email and sent an email back to customer service. They responded with great kindness within the hour and had already processed my request to change my kit from a framed kit to a kit without a frame AND processed a refund for the price difference. I was completely blown away by their quick response and customer care. Really a great company to order from and I will FOR SURE keep ordering from them in the future.
