GBCounterfeit items and returns only at my expense This company is selling counterfeit merchandise using images they don't have the right to be using. Because of this, the image quality is horrible. One painting (the zodiac) doesn't even have the names of the signs on it like the image. I compared to other real versions of the painting and saw the difference. I've been communicating about returning my order but they said it's only at my expense which is about $30 in shipping costs. I'm currently working with PayPal and my bank to get my money back for their fake products

NLGood customerservice While I am a bit disappointed that a crocheting kit was online and then it turned out there were problems and therefore couldn't get my order, the customer service is friendly and good. They gave me an option to choose an alternative on their website but instead I asked a refund which they gave with no issues.If the product comes back I will surely order it again.

CAVery good customer service Hi Figured’Art. I am a relatively new customer and this is my first experience with paint by number. I love the concept, especially since the choice of models is vast and varied. There is no need to go into detail, but so far I have to say that the customer service is excellent and I have no hesitation in giving a 5 star rating. The only thing I regret is the delivery time which is always around a month. The ordered products always arrive in good condition, but you must always plan well in advance. Best regards, Pierre
