GBI have been steady customer … I have been steady customer for quite a while now and had no problems. Recently however the quality of the paint has gotten quite poor. There is not enough pigment in the paint for good coverage. The paint has become more translucent and I have to go back over areas as much as 3 times to cover the numbers and lines. Because of this I have run out of paint several times and have not been able to finish the picture. Will probably not be ordering again

GBVery Satisfied Customer I have been purchasing paint by numbers from Figured'ArtUSA for about a year. When they offered custom paint kits, I sent in an order for a painting of my recently deceased husband. The paintings are beautiful, after sending one, each, to my sons, I ordered one for my daughter and a larger of the same photo for myself. When I received the paint kits, I noticed the pictures were different. I contacted Figured'Art and told them my experience. They sent out new paint kits that matched what I'd received previously very quickly. I am very pleased with the customer service of Figured'Art and the company ethic that will make something right for the customer. I will be buying all my paint kits from Figured'Art in the future and share my experience with my friends and family as well as recommend them to anyone who enjoys painting.

CAVery good customer service Hi Figured’Art. I am a relatively new customer and this is my first experience with paint by number. I love the concept, especially since the choice of models is vast and varied. There is no need to go into detail, but so far I have to say that the customer service is excellent and I have no hesitation in giving a 5 star rating. The only thing I regret is the delivery time which is always around a month. The ordered products always arrive in good condition, but you must always plan well in advance. Best regards, Pierre

GBCounterfeit items and returns only at my expense This company is selling counterfeit merchandise using images they don't have the right to be using. Because of this, the image quality is horrible. One painting (the zodiac) doesn't even have the names of the signs on it like the image. I compared to other real versions of the painting and saw the difference. I've been communicating about returning my order but they said it's only at my expense which is about $30 in shipping costs. I'm currently working with PayPal and my bank to get my money back for their fake products

GBAfter not receiving my package ordered… After not receiving my package ordered in Nov I contacted the support team who very actively engaged with me on the shipping issue. They kept on touch for the 2 months that my package roamed through the postal service. Finally, at my request they reshipped the order and even investigated using another mail carrier. I finally received my order yesterday after the support team let me know it was set for delivery that day. I received the paintings and got to work on my first one right away. The canvas is well marked, the paints and brushes are in good condition. The product seems to be top notch, bit the customer service is even better. Thank you FiguredArt.
