Very good customer service Hi Figured’Art. I am a relatively new customer and this is my first experience with paint by number. I love the concept, especially since the choice of models is vast and varied. There is no need to go into detail, but so far I have to say that the customer service is excellent and I have no hesitation in giving a 5 star rating. The only thing I regret is the delivery time which is always around a month. The ordered products always arrive in good condition, but you must always plan well in advance. Best regards, Pierre

I have been steady customer … I have been steady customer for quite a while now and had no problems. Recently however the quality of the paint has gotten quite poor. There is not enough pigment in the paint for good coverage. The paint has become more translucent and I have to go back over areas as much as 3 times to cover the numbers and lines. Because of this I have run out of paint several times and have not been able to finish the picture. Will probably not be ordering again

I ordered a month and a half ago I ordered a month and a half ago. You order from a site pretending to be from your preferred country and it all just comes from China…what doesn’t anymore really. Thought I was getting g a USA made product. Hopefully it arrives.

Order #11329709H and #11331148H (extra shipping) Specifically went for this company for their 2+1 deal diamond dotting and FREE shipping worldwide. Placed order 23 Oct 23, received email 25 Oct 23 regards postage address not being suitable, supplied new address 26 Oct 23, WAITED and queried via email, Sam replied 8 Nov 23 saying my order would be prioritised. Received email 9 Nov 23 saying i would now have to pay for shipping with Fedex (Free shipping ???), duly paid, Sam indicated i should receive a tracking number within a few days, STILL WAITING. Will say Sam has assisted (sort of). I would have requested cancel if it wasn't that I wanted these specific type pictures. Lets see what happens, will update my review accordingly. Received my items in good order 27 Nov 23. Happy with all except the shipping costs that were unexpected.

My experience was just ok My experience was just ok. The biggest issue is shipping time and packaging. It took over 4 weeks to get my kit and I had to reach out to customer service. The packaging was ridiculous with hand taped bubble wrap. The frame is worthless and cheap. The canas product itself is fine - the canvas was nicely rolled and paints were good. Need to work on the packaging and delivery times.
