GBMy experience was just ok My experience was just ok. The biggest issue is shipping time and packaging. It took over 4 weeks to get my kit and I had to reach out to customer service. The packaging was ridiculous with hand taped bubble wrap. The frame is worthless and cheap. The canas product itself is fine - the canvas was nicely rolled and paints were good. Need to work on the packaging and delivery times.

GBCounterfeit items and returns only at my expense This company is selling counterfeit merchandise using images they don't have the right to be using. Because of this, the image quality is horrible. One painting (the zodiac) doesn't even have the names of the signs on it like the image. I compared to other real versions of the painting and saw the difference. I've been communicating about returning my order but they said it's only at my expense which is about $30 in shipping costs. I'm currently working with PayPal and my bank to get my money back for their fake products

NLGood customerservice While I am a bit disappointed that a crocheting kit was online and then it turned out there were problems and therefore couldn't get my order, the customer service is friendly and good. They gave me an option to choose an alternative on their website but instead I asked a refund which they gave with no issues.If the product comes back I will surely order it again.

GBCustomer service review I accidentally ordered a kit with frame. I figured out my error when I got my confirmation email and sent an email back to customer service. They responded with great kindness within the hour and had already processed my request to change my kit from a framed kit to a kit without a frame AND processed a refund for the price difference. I was completely blown away by their quick response and customer care. Really a great company to order from and I will FOR SURE keep ordering from them in the future.

CADance Class… This is my first experience ordering from Figured'Art USA. I was very impressed with the customer service from Sam. My first order wasn't quite what the advertised picture showed. With apologies Sam replaced it at no charge. I am disappointed the product comes from China. I will order again from this company.
