I have tried many times to recover even a fraction of my money by meeting every single requirment they requested before they will consider a withdrawl. But every time they introduce a new rule and additional requirements. There's a reason they don't publish their address. The owners live in Florida. They are a small group of individuals with zero morality.

Product came in good time but had the… Product came in good time but had the American 2 vertical pin type plug instead of the Aussie 3 pin plug. Extra cost to buy an adaptor. Blew the first globe I used as soon as power turned on. I do not like the dimmer control. Since the first try and subsequent tries the lamps wont work. Very disappointed!

Retro Flip Clock Order I ordered a Retro Flip Clock and when I opened the box it was filled with bags of scissors from China. Needless to say, I will never order from this company again. I give them 3 stars though for responding to my emails and fully crediting my money back to me. So sad for this situation, as they have really cute things on their website, but I am now leery of ordering anything from them again.
