Bought two Car Dashboard Clocks Bought two Car Dashboard Clocks. Unable to set the time etc on either. Instruction visual confusing. Please advise.

Product came in good time but had the… Product came in good time but had the American 2 vertical pin type plug instead of the Aussie 3 pin plug. Extra cost to buy an adaptor. Blew the first globe I used as soon as power turned on. I do not like the dimmer control. Since the first try and subsequent tries the lamps wont work. Very disappointed!

My poor clock's new parts. I have always loved the flip clocks ever since they came out. I finally got one, and 4 months after purchase the numbers started falling out. The clock was purchased from another online store, not direct from Betus. I was upset that my clock no longer functioned correctly. I found the Betus website, and not ONLY did they have the entire roll of numbers in white like I needed, but also in black. I bought a set of each, 1 white hour, 1 black hour, 1 white minutes and 1 black minutes roll. Betus really came through with their pricing as well, AND... I got the parts I needed in less than a week! If you need parts for your clock, THIS is the place to go! Don't waste your time or money going somewhere else.
