My poor clock's new parts. I have always loved the flip clocks ever since they came out. I finally got one, and 4 months after purchase the numbers started falling out. The clock was purchased from another online store, not direct from Betus. I was upset that my clock no longer functioned correctly. I found the Betus website, and not ONLY did they have the entire roll of numbers in white like I needed, but also in black. I bought a set of each, 1 white hour, 1 black hour, 1 white minutes and 1 black minutes roll. Betus really came through with their pricing as well, AND... I got the parts I needed in less than a week! If you need parts for your clock, THIS is the place to go! Don't waste your time or money going somewhere else.

I sent BetUs $1000 almost 2 decades… I sent BetUs $1000 almost 2 decades ago. That's right almost 20 years ago. I have tried many times to recover even a fraction of my money by meeting every single requirment they requested before they will consider a withdrawl. But every time they introduce a new rule and additional requirements. There's a reason they don't publish their address. The owners live in Florida. They are a small group of individuals with zero morality.
