My poor clock's new parts. I have always loved the flip clocks ever since they came out. I finally got one, and 4 months after purchase the numbers started falling out. The clock was purchased from another online store, not direct from Betus. I was upset that my clock no longer functioned correctly. I found the Betus website, and not ONLY did they have the entire roll of numbers in white like I needed, but also in black. I bought a set of each, 1 white hour, 1 black hour, 1 white minutes and 1 black minutes roll. Betus really came through with their pricing as well, AND... I got the parts I needed in less than a week! If you need parts for your clock, THIS is the place to go! Don't waste your time or money going somewhere else.

I got what I had ordered. Now a days, with online shopping, there are umpteen experiences of frauds. My experience with Betus, not once, but twice, has been very good, as the product that I was delivered is what I had ordered. I am thus a very satisfied Betus customer.
