First Custom Piece This was the first custom piece I've done and I turned out well, i'm so pleased with it.

I have purchased 5 so far and finished… I have purchased 5 so far and finished 3. They are fun and relaxing. I buy 50x60cm but I purchased another 2 and they seem to have struck. Which is unfortunate because I like the bigger ones

The pictures I sent in look so good The pictures I sent in look so good. I haven't actually finished one yet but I can't wait to see them finished. The delivery timing wasn't too bad, but I did receive mine alot faster than my daughter did when she went through a different place. So overall I've had a really good experience. Also will be ordering more soon. Thank you so much for bringing my pictures to life.

Worst company and customer service… Worst company and customer service ever. First the only platform told me to pic one size which was fine but then after placing my order I was told that the size was too small and I needed to pay more or cancel. If it’s a system issue, I shouldn’t have to pay. As I was asking questions I was then told my order was shipped out but I never received the shipping informations. Questioned some more, I was told nope it wasn’t shipped out. Had to question more and still no help so they finally cancelled but I still haven’t received my money back nor do I expect to see it. I understand mistakes but no one actually looked into the case and all I received were excuses and misinformation.

Your company offers variety of choices… Your company offers variety of choices and especially speciality pictures. I enjoy doing ones of family members and their milestones. You help me bring them to life. Also enjoy being able to get them from USA. Delivery time is much quicker.
