I was happy with how my portraits turned out so I wanted to order another project and would recommend using Made With Diamonds to anyone looking to make a special gift for a loved one!

Terrible Customer Servicr I bought this for my daughter’s birthday. I received the wrong kit. I asked for e refund because there was no way another one would get to me in time. I received an email stating they re-shipped the correct one and allow 15 days for shipping. I will NEVER order from them again. There are many companies that value their customers, this is definitely not one of them!

The delivery timing wasn't too bad, but I did receive mine alot faster than my daughter did when she went through a different place. So overall I've had a really good experience. Also will be ordering more soon. Thank you so much for bringing my pictures to life.

Two issues: Two issues: 1) UNACCEPTABLE PKG. Canvas is rolled up so tight, that it takes a week to flatten it out with boards and weight before I can even work on it. Canvas should have NO CREASES! 2) DIAMONDS CHANGE IN SIZE FROM COLOR TO COLOR FOR HEIGHT AND DIAMETER. Uniformity in SHAPE and SIZE of every diamond MATTERS on the finished product, and makes application so much easier during the process. Overall quality needs to improve.

Wrong drills My custom painting arrived today & none of the drills provided correspond with the chart. I have a picture of a black & white dog & drills in various shades of pink. I gave 2 stars instead of only 1 because I'm hoping at some point I get a response from my email, although as I never received any communication regarding despatch or delivery I don't hold out much hope.
