I recently purchased a diamond painting… I recently purchased a diamond painting with my own picture from Paint with Diamonds. I had no idea what to expect, but I loved what I got! The picture was great quality despite the fact that i made the picture bigger than recommended. My kit came with everything I needed and some extras. When there was a shipping delay, customer service was super responsive and helpful! This may have been my first order with them, but it won't be my last!

My custom picture looks like it will… My custom picture looks like it will turn out nice. However I gave 3 stars due to the fact it took longer then they said it would to get to me so now I will probably not have time to finish it for the special occasion I bought it for

Worst company and customer service… Worst company and customer service ever. First the only platform told me to pic one size which was fine but then after placing my order I was told that the size was too small and I needed to pay more or cancel. If it’s a system issue, I shouldn’t have to pay. As I was asking questions I was then told my order was shipped out but I never received the shipping informations. Questioned some more, I was told nope it wasn’t shipped out. Had to question more and still no help so they finally cancelled but I still haven’t received my money back nor do I expect to see it. I understand mistakes but no one actually looked into the case and all I received were excuses and misinformation.

The colors are all wrong my… The colors are all wrong my granddaughter has brown skin not white and her face looks like she has clown makeup on, her dress was sunshine yellow not a pale yellow, "Very disappointed" I will never order from you again!! I waited too long and paid too much for this.I am trashing it.

Omg where do I even begin Omg where do I even begin? I absolutely love this company because of how accommodating, helpful, and super professional they really are. I had a bit of a dilemma with my order and they were so quick in their response to help solve my problem!!! I will forever buy from them and I’m truly the happiest customer they have ever known.
