Very knowledgeable, and more than willing to share the information he knows with you regarding species that you are interested in. The order I placed came in yesterday and was packed well and ingenuitively. Not a single ant was lost with lots of brood. It seemed like they did not even realize that they were moved and shipped halfway across the world.
