I wouldn’t even give this store one… I wouldn’t even give this store one star, I have ordered a colony of h.venator, the payment was only received one week after being made and the parcel took a month to arrive with the carrier that the seller chose. The ants were all dead and the box was moldy, missing water/food (not a good condition for the ants). And so, i contacted the seller and he repeatedly told me to read the terms and conditions, but i paid for a service so I expect to get what i paid for or at least a reimbursement but no nothing so pls do not order for this website its a very bad idea, order localy guys !!!

Read the terms and conditions… it’s that simple I read the terms and conditions on this sellers website front to back and then back to front again… I knew exactly what risks I was taking before making any purchase.. I knew that postage around the world in general has been brought to its knees because of this COVID-19… and I appreciate this seller and many other sellers around the world have no control once they send their delicate packages that we so anxiously & eagerly await… I completely understand and can appreciate any and all live arrival guarantees by all sellers in general being taken away because of this and at the end of the day, most of us all have families to feed, bills to pay and a need to make a living… I also understand and feel the pain when a queen or colony arrive dead.. and I can imagine the pain the seller must also feel having raised these various beautiful species only to hear they’re now dead.. So I knowingly took a gamble fully aware of the worst-case scenario consequences.. and also because the prices in my opinion are very reasonable so this was a very small gamble to me.. Now having made several orders from this seller.. I have 100% confidence in always buying from this seller still knowing the risks and accepting his terms and conditions… And Yes… not every single colony I’ve ordered has arrived alive… But most actually have… And I really have to commend this seller in having the absolute best logistical skills when it comes to the packaging, hydration cells and the amount of effort that is clearly put in to keep these ants alive for as long as possible during transit.. Five stars to this seller.. I have absolutely no regrets in any order I have made and will continue to order from this seller in the future… but when I can make some more bloody room now because I’m running out of space now!

I highly recommend this seller after 2 orders from him! This is the second time I ordered from Exoticantstore and I am very satisfied. I find Peter the person in charge, very professional and very patient when discussing about ants, their shipping and breeding. It happened during my second order that the post office in my country (France) was particularly slow and disorganized, but Peter proposed to me another shipment and was very professional in the transaction. More generally, the ants arrived very well packaged, in perfect health and with brood. This is for me the most important thing when buying ants. To conclude, I highly recommend buying your foundation from this seller, discussing with him beforehand, to establish the details of the transaction, check availability and define the shipping date. Why I will not order from ExoticAntStore.com Having recently ordered a number of colonies from ExoticAntStore (formerly AntsFromAsia), totalling nearly £400. After a stock availability mix-up on their end my order was split to two deliveries, in which I paid for both deliveries at the full rate. The first delivery arrived pretty much as expected. The second delivery however was where the problems really occurred, after taking a considerable amount of time in transit both the Polyrachis Armata and the Harpegnathos Venator all arrived dead. It was a real shame. Upon declaring this to the owner of antsfromasia.com, he proceeded to explain that the lengthy delivery process and the cold was always a risky move. However at no point did he advise this or even suggest alternative options to insure safe delivery. Once calmly and respectfully challenged on this, I was instantly greeted with an email full of threats and intimidation, purely designed to overwhelm. I will most defiantly be avoiding dealing with AntsFromAsia.com, ExoticAntStore.com and any other popup store this dodgy seller creates to avoid the bad publicity he gained, in the future on the following grounds: 1. Customer service no way near a level required in a modern society! There is absolutely no excuse for a company to become abusive and intimidating. 2. They will fraudulently fill in the import customs declaration. Contrary to the claims he makes! 3. Money sent is purely on the roll of a dice on whether you will receive the level of service you expect. 4. This company provides no advice or warning on the legalities on importing, further more they will use this against you as an intimidation tactic, should you disagree with them at any point. If you decide to ignore this warning, do your self a favour... ask around in ant keeping communities for reviews and advice in dealing with this company, along with doing your due diligence on the importing regulations, ask them the question too, since they are also required to provide export documentation! Which at no point is offered. Honestly though, you will find it far easier, cheaper and less risky all round to avoid and order locally. EDIT: Paypal accepted my request and even IF they had of close my account data protection would prevent them from telling the seller... clearly more lies.

Very professional ant seller This is my second order on this site and I am still so satisfied !! The 4 colonies purchased all arrived alive and in perfect health. It is 100% success. It's amazing because I have only experienced failures with other Asian sellers almost. This is due to the packaging which is exceptional and surely to the excellent breeding conditions. I will not buy Asian species anywhere other than here !! Excellent, passionate and very professional seller, you can order with your eyes closed.
