Happy costumer :) had personal contact with the seller regarding payment and shipping, but he was willing to answer any question i had regarding the ants. The shipping time took a bit longer to arrive here but despite the delay every ant Queen arrived alive and well due to the good packing! definitely will buy from here again! :D

I wouldn’t even give this store one… I wouldn’t even give this store one star, I have ordered a colony of h.venator, the payment was only received one week after being made and the parcel took a month to arrive with the carrier that the seller chose. The ants were all dead and the box was moldy, missing water/food (not a good condition for the ants). And so, i contacted the seller and he repeatedly told me to read the terms and conditions, but i paid for a service so I expect to get what i paid for or at least a reimbursement but no nothing so pls do not order for this website its a very bad idea, order localy guys !!!

Perfect All Around Prompt communication, fast shipping, well packed, accurate description of ant colony. This seems like a given for someone doing business online, but I can attest that it's not. I've recently had problems with other vendors, I should have came to exoticantstore first.
