I wouldn’t even give this store one… I wouldn’t even give this store one star, I have ordered a colony of h.venator, the payment was only received one week after being made and the parcel took a month to arrive with the carrier that the seller chose. The ants were all dead and the box was moldy, missing water/food (not a good condition for the ants). And so, i contacted the seller and he repeatedly told me to read the terms and conditions, but i paid for a service so I expect to get what i paid for or at least a reimbursement but no nothing so pls do not order for this website its a very bad idea, order localy guys !!!

THE BEST ANT STORE I received my ants within 4 days of being shipped, and not a single ant seemed to be dead or injured. I really appreciated how they wrapped the ants in a heating foil so they wouldn't suffer within England's cold climate. The only thing I would suggest, would be to pre drill the containers in which the ants are stored and then plug it up. I struggled to get the colony into the outworld as there was no way to transfer the colony without opening the entire lid. But this is not related to the service or to the quality of the ants, which where again excellent !

More generally, the ants arrived very well packaged, in perfect health and with brood. This is for me the most important thing when buying ants. Best exotic ants store. Very good store. Ants arrived from Thailland in France in record time. Great care on shipping, no loss. Good follow-up and excellent advice on breeding and great knowledge of ants. I recommend.
