It happened during my second order that the post office in my country (France) was particularly slow and disorganized, but Peter proposed to me another shipment and was very professional in the transaction. More generally, the ants arrived very well packaged, in perfect health and with brood. This is for me the most important thing when buying ants. To conclude, I highly recommend buying your foundation from this seller, discussing with him beforehand, to establish the details of the transaction, check availability and define the shipping date. I wouldn’t even give this store one… I wouldn’t even give this store one star, I have ordered a colony of h.venator, the payment was only received one week after being made and the parcel took a month to arrive with the carrier that the seller chose. The ants were all dead and the box was moldy, missing water/food (not a good condition for the ants). And so, i contacted the seller and he repeatedly told me to read the terms and conditions, but i paid for a service so I expect to get what i paid for or at least a reimbursement but no nothing so pls do not order for this website its a very bad idea, order localy guys !!!
