Ordered as a gift There was an error when I placed the order, and I emailed them 2 minutes after the order was placed to get it fixed. It took a few days for them to get back to me via email, but they did respond and fix the shipping address. The gift is now on it's way to the correct address!

Absolutely loved painting and watching my ‘Pop Art Girl’ evolve slowly before my eyes. I painted her!! Loved her. The service and contact with the team at Paint By Numbers was fabulous! BEWARE BEWARE Like a previous review I ordered a custom painting and am unable to finish it due to not enough paint. Emailed customer service to be told they can’t post liquids 🤷‍♀️I wonder how I got the paints in the first instance? I was also told to go to a craft shop to match the colour by “eye”. I have previously bought many canvases from this company and have been very happy, but what has changed? Has the company changed hands? I will not be buying from them again.

I love paint by numbers I love paint by numbers! I bought 4 and completed my first painting of the impressionist elephant for my grandchildren’s playroom. I bought these so I could do something relaxing during covid. I am now working on my second painting.I received my paintings within 3 weeks. It is very addictive and calming!

I've been learning a lot about painting… I've been learning a lot about painting with your kits. Things like composition, shading, use of color and negative space. I'm learning how to paint, water, landscape and foliage. I have three more I'm going to do that will teach me even more. Thanks for your assistance in my experience.
