AUI confirm this is a legitimate business Despite ordering my PBN kit in June during the COVID-crisis, my shipment only took three weeks to arrive from China to Western Australia. The customer service team was very fast in their reply and super helpful. I am very happy with the quality of the products - the pre-stretched canvases all arrived without a scratch, the colour pots are creamy and contain plenty for multiple coats. I'm not too happy about the quality of the brushes, but as they are the easiest to replace, that's no huge issue. Very happy with my purchase!

AUFeel like an artist ! Have enjoyed completing 3 paintings, with another 3 to do. Great way to take your mind off things and have a wonderful piece of artwork to display . Have received many compliments. Great quality, orders tracked and very happy with the Company and range of designs. Definitely recommend.

AUDisappointing I purchased 3 paintings and cannot finish 2 of them due to the paint running out. I contacted support and was told they won't be sending out extra paint. I was told it can't be shipped overseas (however the item was originally?) and that their paints don't have any common names. I was told, "to just find some at the craft store and it can be matched just by eye." I don't think it's that simple when there are several similar colours. Very disappointed, won't be purchasing again. Painting can't be finished. Waste of time and money. TLDR - ran out of paint, company doesn't supply more.

GBI've been learning a lot about painting… I've been learning a lot about painting with your kits. Things like composition, shading, use of color and negative space. I'm learning how to paint, water, landscape and foliage. I have three more I'm going to do that will teach me even more. Thanks for your assistance in my experience.

GBTerrible!! I ordered through paintvibes.com I ordered a paint by numbers through paint vibes and I ordered it on January 3rd and today is January 24th and I'm still yet to receive it. I have emailed their support and I have yet to hear anything from them and all I'm wanting is a refund. I have talked to the local USPS courier and they do not know anything about the package no one doesn't know where it's at, so I would like a refund. Order #138013
