I confirm this is a legitimate business Despite ordering my PBN kit in June during the COVID-crisis, my shipment only took three weeks to arrive from China to Western Australia. The customer service team was very fast in their reply and super helpful. I am very happy with the quality of the products - the pre-stretched canvases all arrived without a scratch, the colour pots are creamy and contain plenty for multiple coats. I'm not too happy about the quality of the brushes, but as they are the easiest to replace, that's no huge issue. Very happy with my purchase!

Ordered as a gift There was an error when I placed the order, and I emailed them 2 minutes after the order was placed to get it fixed. It took a few days for them to get back to me via email, but they did respond and fix the shipping address. The gift is now on it's way to the correct address!

I have finally gotten my order after more than 3 months with emails and reviews posted to this site. Thankyou trust pilot without this site many businesses can and will take advantage of you, take your money and not deliver the goods. If I hadn't of posted my experience on this site my order would never have been resent as they apparently lost the first order. By the way package was delivered in the end , just received it today. I have not opened and have thrown it in the bin , where it belongs. I am so disgusted with this experience I no longer have any desire to paint or use this product. Fyi I was asked on numerous occasions to delete my reviews which I did on my first one. I had to post my second again as I was getting no answer from them. Which strangely enough got a very fast response. This is now my third and last review. 0 stars

Always wanted to paint. Always wanted to paint.Kit arrived with everything I needed. So excited! Started to paint and the tension just slipped away as I worked on my canvas. Absolutely loved painting and watching my ‘Pop Art Girl’ evolve slowly before my eyes. I painted her!! Loved her. The service and contact with the team at Paint By Numbers was fabulous! Disappointing I purchased 3 paintings and cannot finish 2 of them due to the paint running out. I contacted support and was told they won't be sending out extra paint. I was told it can't be shipped overseas (however the item was originally?) and that their paints don't have any common names. I was told, "to just find some at the craft store and it can be matched just by eye." I don't think it's that simple when there are several similar colours. Very disappointed, won't be purchasing again. Painting can't be finished. Waste of time and money. TLDR - ran out of paint, company doesn't supply more.
