Absolutely loved painting and watching my ‘Pop Art Girl’ evolve slowly before my eyes. I painted her!! Loved her. The service and contact with the team at Paint By Numbers was fabulous! I confirm this is a legitimate business Despite ordering my PBN kit in June during the COVID-crisis, my shipment only took three weeks to arrive from China to Western Australia. The customer service team was very fast in their reply and super helpful. I am very happy with the quality of the products - the pre-stretched canvases all arrived without a scratch, the colour pots are creamy and contain plenty for multiple coats. I'm not too happy about the quality of the brushes, but as they are the easiest to replace, that's no huge issue. Very happy with my purchase!

Disappointing I purchased 3 paintings and cannot finish 2 of them due to the paint running out. I contacted support and was told they won't be sending out extra paint. I was told it can't be shipped overseas (however the item was originally?) and that their paints don't have any common names. I was told, "to just find some at the craft store and it can be matched just by eye." I don't think it's that simple when there are several similar colours. Very disappointed, won't be purchasing again. Painting can't be finished. Waste of time and money. TLDR - ran out of paint, company doesn't supply more.

Highly Impressed/Satisfied This was my first time ordering paint by numbers by this site and I can say I'm highly satisfied. The kits came packaged neatly and with everything needed to complete. I was very impressed by quality of paint, canvas and brushes. I did have one issue with a kit being sent wrong but with the help of the customer support team, I was sent a replacement in a very timely manner with new tracking information also. I look forward to that, and overall I am very impressed. I'll be ordering more in the future.

Impressionist Elephant Impressionist Elephant I am still working on this painting, and so far I'm loving it! The biggest factor in choosing this company was that the canvas already comes on a frame, which is making it easier to paint, and it's ready to hang when I'm done! My only complaint is that some of the colors are really similar to each other (and different from the original), so when they are side by side they look indistinguishable, making the final product a bit different from the original painting. I also bought an extra super fine brush at Michael's to handle the tiny tiny little spaces. Overall, loving the product and I'm enjoying sitting down every week to work on it. :)
