Absolutely loved painting and watching my ‘Pop Art Girl’ evolve slowly before my eyes. I painted her!! Loved her. The service and contact with the team at Paint By Numbers was fabulous! Terrible!! I ordered through paintvibes.com I ordered a paint by numbers through paint vibes and I ordered it on January 3rd and today is January 24th and I'm still yet to receive it. I have emailed their support and I have yet to hear anything from them and all I'm wanting is a refund. I have talked to the local USPS courier and they do not know anything about the package no one doesn't know where it's at, so I would like a refund. Order #138013

Scammers Wrong size frame, a poor quality canvas, look at comments in Facebook, no customer service, they say full refund no quibble,but the just ignore emails, they are scammers

BEWARE BEWARE Like a previous review I ordered a custom painting and am unable to finish it due to not enough paint. Emailed customer service to be told they can’t post liquids 🤷‍♀️I wonder how I got the paints in the first instance? I was also told to go to a craft shop to match the colour by “eye”. I have previously bought many canvases from this company and have been very happy, but what has changed? Has the company changed hands? I will not be buying from them again.
