GBI've been learning a lot about painting… I've been learning a lot about painting with your kits. Things like composition, shading, use of color and negative space. I'm learning how to paint, water, landscape and foliage. I have three more I'm going to do that will teach me even more. Thanks for your assistance in my experience.

GBHighly Impressed/Satisfied This was my first time ordering paint by numbers by this site and I can say I'm highly satisfied. The kits came packaged neatly and with everything needed to complete. I was very impressed by quality of paint, canvas and brushes. I did have one issue with a kit being sent wrong but with the help of the customer support team, I was sent a replacement in a very timely manner with new tracking information also. I look forward to that, and overall I am very impressed. I'll be ordering more in the future.

GBGreat customer service! My original order was damaged in transit. I immediately emailed the company. Vanessa was extremely helpful and sent me a replacement at no cost to me. The item arrived in tact this time and as promised. The acrylic colors are so beautiful and included 4 paint brushes of different sizes for the more difficult, narrow paint areas on the canvas. I already started painting. I'm super excited to see the finished product.

AUBEWARE BEWARE Like a previous review I ordered a custom painting and am unable to finish it due to not enough paint. Emailed customer service to be told they can’t post liquids 🤷♀️I wonder how I got the paints in the first instance? I was also told to go to a craft shop to match the colour by “eye”. I have previously bought many canvases from this company and have been very happy, but what has changed? Has the company changed hands? I will not be buying from them again.

GBTerrible!! I ordered through paintvibes.com I ordered a paint by numbers through paint vibes and I ordered it on January 3rd and today is January 24th and I'm still yet to receive it. I have emailed their support and I have yet to hear anything from them and all I'm wanting is a refund. I have talked to the local USPS courier and they do not know anything about the package no one doesn't know where it's at, so I would like a refund. Order #138013
