AUDisappointing I purchased 3 paintings and cannot finish 2 of them due to the paint running out. I contacted support and was told they won't be sending out extra paint. I was told it can't be shipped overseas (however the item was originally?) and that their paints don't have any common names. I was told, "to just find some at the craft store and it can be matched just by eye." I don't think it's that simple when there are several similar colours. Very disappointed, won't be purchasing again. Painting can't be finished. Waste of time and money. TLDR - ran out of paint, company doesn't supply more.

AUIf you want a hassle and a fight to get… If you want a hassle and a fight to get your order then order through this business. I have finally gotten my order after more than 3 months with emails and reviews posted to this site. Thankyou trust pilot without this site many businesses can and will take advantage of you, take your money and not deliver the goods. If I hadn't of posted my experience on this site my order would never have been resent as they apparently lost the first order. By the way package was delivered in the end , just received it today. I have not opened and have thrown it in the bin , where it belongs. I am so disgusted with this experience I no longer have any desire to paint or use this product. Fyi I was asked on numerous occasions to delete my reviews which I did on my first one. I had to post my second again as I was getting no answer from them. Which strangely enough got a very fast response. This is now my third and last review. 0 stars

GBScammers Wrong size frame, a poor quality canvas, look at comments in Facebook, no customer service, they say full refund no quibble,but the just ignore emails, they are scammers

GBI've been learning a lot about painting… I've been learning a lot about painting with your kits. Things like composition, shading, use of color and negative space. I'm learning how to paint, water, landscape and foliage. I have three more I'm going to do that will teach me even more. Thanks for your assistance in my experience.

GBTerrible!! I ordered through paintvibes.com I ordered a paint by numbers through paint vibes and I ordered it on January 3rd and today is January 24th and I'm still yet to receive it. I have emailed their support and I have yet to hear anything from them and all I'm wanting is a refund. I have talked to the local USPS courier and they do not know anything about the package no one doesn't know where it's at, so I would like a refund. Order #138013
