Great customer service! My original order was damaged in transit. I immediately emailed the company. Vanessa was extremely helpful and sent me a replacement at no cost to me. The item arrived in tact this time and as promised. The acrylic colors are so beautiful and included 4 paint brushes of different sizes for the more difficult, narrow paint areas on the canvas. I already started painting. I'm super excited to see the finished product.

Impressionist Elephant Impressionist Elephant I am still working on this painting, and so far I'm loving it! The biggest factor in choosing this company was that the canvas already comes on a frame, which is making it easier to paint, and it's ready to hang when I'm done! My only complaint is that some of the colors are really similar to each other (and different from the original), so when they are side by side they look indistinguishable, making the final product a bit different from the original painting. I also bought an extra super fine brush at Michael's to handle the tiny tiny little spaces. Overall, loving the product and I'm enjoying sitting down every week to work on it. :)

Feel like an artist ! Have enjoyed completing 3 paintings, with another 3 to do. Great way to take your mind off things and have a wonderful piece of artwork to display . Scammers Wrong size frame, a poor quality canvas, look at comments in Facebook, no customer service, they say full refund no quibble,but the just ignore emails, they are scammers
