Absolutely loved painting and watching my ‘Pop Art Girl’ evolve slowly before my eyes. I painted her!! Loved her. The service and contact with the team at Paint By Numbers was fabulous! Ordered as a gift There was an error when I placed the order, and I emailed them 2 minutes after the order was placed to get it fixed. It took a few days for them to get back to me via email, but they did respond and fix the shipping address. The gift is now on it's way to the correct address!

Great customer service! My original order was damaged in transit. I immediately emailed the company. Vanessa was extremely helpful and sent me a replacement at no cost to me. The item arrived in tact this time and as promised. The acrylic colors are so beautiful and included 4 paint brushes of different sizes for the more difficult, narrow paint areas on the canvas. I already started painting. I'm super excited to see the finished product.

This is the first time holding a brush… This is the first time holding a brush and paint, indeed addictive. Where I live lockdown due to pandemic extended and this Paint By Numbers occupies me. Glad original picture of the painting itself is included in the package, when we make a mistake just over brush it. Thumbs up to who ever invented. Thank you so much.

BEWARE BEWARE Like a previous review I ordered a custom painting and am unable to finish it due to not enough paint. Emailed customer service to be told they can’t post liquids 🤷‍♀️I wonder how I got the paints in the first instance? I was also told to go to a craft shop to match the colour by “eye”. I have previously bought many canvases from this company and have been very happy, but what has changed? Has the company changed hands? I will not be buying from them again.
