ripoff I never got my paint by number even though the tracker said delivered (except to a different town) so i had to file a claim with the post office. i got ghosted by customer service once the postal service told me to ask if they were sure of the tracking number because it was sent and received by a company or something. then when they emailed me to review my recent purchase i did, except it wouldn't go through unless i gave a 5 star review.

Terrible!! I ordered through paintvibes.com I ordered a paint by numbers through paint vibes and I ordered it on January 3rd and today is January 24th and I'm still yet to receive it. I have emailed their support and I have yet to hear anything from them and all I'm wanting is a refund. I have talked to the local USPS courier and they do not know anything about the package no one doesn't know where it's at, so I would like a refund. Order #138013

Always wanted to paint. Always wanted to paint.Kit arrived with everything I needed. So excited! Started to paint and the tension just slipped away as I worked on my canvas. Absolutely loved painting and watching my ‘Pop Art Girl’ evolve slowly before my eyes. I painted her!! Loved her. The service and contact with the team at Paint By Numbers was fabulous! This is the first time holding a brush… This is the first time holding a brush and paint, indeed addictive. Where I live lockdown due to pandemic extended and this Paint By Numbers occupies me. Glad original picture of the painting itself is included in the package, when we make a mistake just over brush it. Thumbs up to who ever invented. Thank you so much.

Disappointing I purchased 3 paintings and cannot finish 2 of them due to the paint running out. I contacted support and was told they won't be sending out extra paint. I was told it can't be shipped overseas (however the item was originally?) and that their paints don't have any common names. I was told, "to just find some at the craft store and it can be matched just by eye." I don't think it's that simple when there are several similar colours. Very disappointed, won't be purchasing again. Painting can't be finished. Waste of time and money. TLDR - ran out of paint, company doesn't supply more.
