Craft Hub was founded in 2019 by Isabelle and Pierre, parents of three kids in Montreal, Canada. The puzzles are unique and interesting, however... The puzzles are unique and interesting to put together however, there were issues. -It took forever to receive the puzzles after ordering. -The boxes of some of the puzzles came crushed. - Pieces are missing from 2 out of 4 of the puzzles I have put together. One puzzle they did replace but refused to replace the 2nd one because I couldn't provide the order #. What kind of ordering system doesn't keep order history for the company? Based on missing pieces and refusal to replace, I will not be ordering in the future.

Total lack of communication … I ordered a Hogworts jigsaw on 5th Jan and admit I have been very concerned as I have not recieved conformation of order/acknowledgement of payment or Tracking details I thought I had lost the money to yet again another scam company BUT lo and behold it arrived this morning (16th jan). Looks like a good product in a lovely well made box. The only reason I deducted 1star is the total lack of communication.

Order received and issue resolved I am submitting an update in my negative review. I was contacted by Crafthub and advised my order would be delivered the next day. It did arrive and I now change my rating to 4 stars since it took extra effort and time to get resolution. Thank you.

Beautiful , well made puzzles We ordered 5 puzzles! They took 2 weeks to deliver which is normal but seems like a long time in these times of Amazon "deliver today". The puzzles were very well packaged, in hard plastic cases. There is a slight chemical smell but nothing unexpected or unusual. The puzzles pieces are good quality, the puzzles are challenging and beautiful once completed. We have completed 4/5 of the puzzles and everything is perfect. I am looking at ordering some more and highly recommend this product!

I placed my order on April 17th I placed my order on April 17th. I still haven't received any information. No tracking number nothing. I've sent 5 messages to them and no reply. Very unhappy about this. I'm waiting on 3 puzzles. Feeling like I've been scammed out of my money.
