The puzzles are unique and interesting to put together however, there were issues. -It took forever to receive the puzzles after ordering. -The boxes of some of the puzzles came crushed. - Pieces are missing from 2 out of 4 of the puzzles I have put together. One puzzle they did replace but refused to replace the 2nd one because I couldn't provide the order #. What kind of ordering system doesn't keep order history for the company? Based on missing pieces and refusal to replace, I will not be ordering in the future.

Still no order I am so disappointed with this company. I ordered multiple puzzles and waited my time for a tracking number. Nothing came. When I emailed them I received a tracking number that still says awaiting shipment details. I have emailed twice since I was assured the order would be delivered with no response. Amazing jigsaw puzzle! My jigsaw puzzle arrived in a plastic box to avoid any damage in transit and I spent all afternoon making the jigsaw, which looked amazing once it's finished. Such an intricate, beautiful piece of art, vibrant colours and just beautiful. The animal pieces make it so unique. I love it!
