Love these puzzles Love these puzzles. They are so addictive and keep your mind active. Started doing them in covid and haven't stopped. I have 31 puzzles on 2 walls. Great conversation starter and the grandkids love looking at them

Avoid!!! Absolute rubbish quality item when received. Looked like someone had printed the label from a home computer on the jigsaw puzzle. Complained and sent it back which was confirmed as received. Cost more than the item to return to USA. Have had no further email replies about my refund despite being told it had been refunded. Avoid this company!!

Updated review These puzzles have some kind of strong chemical on them that burns your eyes and nose. Anna contacted me and explained that the smell is from the process used to cut the wood. She has emailed me several times regarding this issue and has been very helpful.

Lovely puzzles Bought 2 puzzles for Christmas presents expecting them to come in the lovely box shown on the ad. Unfortunately I hadn’t realised that I needed to select the box so they came in plastic containers. I contacted Customer Services who were very helpful in sorting it out for me. The puzzles look lovely and are something a bit different for those who love jigsaws.

Pretty puzzles and good customer service Puzzels are packed in small plastic boxes so you can start putting them together straight away. They are very pretty with quite small pieces. The package arrived 3 weeks after ordering. Reliable customer service, I sent them an email and received an answer within 2 hours(!).
