Updated review These puzzles have some kind of strong chemical on them that burns your eyes and nose. Anna contacted me and explained that the smell is from the process used to cut the wood. She has emailed me several times regarding this issue and has been very helpful.

Total lack of communication … I ordered a Hogworts jigsaw on 5th Jan and admit I have been very concerned as I have not recieved conformation of order/acknowledgement of payment or Tracking details I thought I had lost the money to yet again another scam company BUT lo and behold it arrived this morning (16th jan). Looks like a good product in a lovely well made box. The only reason I deducted 1star is the total lack of communication.

I'm totally hooked on wooden puzzles, having placed two large orders in the past. New customers will be pleased to learn that Craft Hub's customer service is excellent. After placing my first order I realized I'd ordered the wrong size and received immediate response when requesting a change. The sturdy plastic packaging is excellent both for storage and for sharing. If you haven't tried wooden puzzles do so!
