About Crafthub

Craft Hub was founded in 2019 by Isabelle and Pierre, parents of three kids in Montreal, Canada. Craft Hub is the answer of a very important question for parents: “How can we find creative and fun activities to recommend our kids to play”? Especially in a world where kids are so easily confronted with video games portals. Isabelle and Pierre thus came up with the idea to create a store that would provide games enhancing the creativity of their loved ones. While the store initially targeted kids, adults progressively became the main customers of the store as they do were looking to satisfy their quest for creativity. After all, creators have no age! Craft Hub is now present on three continents and is serving hundreds of creative seekers per day. We put our customers first and continuously create ways to please them with new products and new concepts.

If I could use "ZERO STARS" I would! If I could use "ZERO STARS" I would! Disgusting customer service which runs you around in circles, no customer service phone number and all done through messenger! They use UniUni as a delivery service and they are disgusting too! Never got my package and the picture they took of it isn't even the right address or my front door! I have been in a fight with both companies since January 10 2024. I called the Better Business Bureau on UniUni and they have had many complaints about them. CraftHub is the next call to the Better Business Bureau! Go check "Uniuni" and CraftHub review sites, nothing good said about either and horrendous ratings with them being being flagged "red flagged" BUYER BEWARE!!

The puzzles are unique and interesting, however... The puzzles are unique and interesting to put together however, there were issues. -It took forever to receive the puzzles after ordering. -The boxes of some of the puzzles came crushed. - Pieces are missing from 2 out of 4 of the puzzles I have put together. One puzzle they did replace but refused to replace the 2nd one because I couldn't provide the order #. What kind of ordering system doesn't keep order history for the company? Based on missing pieces and refusal to replace, I will not be ordering in the future.

Total lack of communication … I ordered a Hogworts jigsaw on 5th Jan and admit I have been very concerned as I have not recieved conformation of order/acknowledgement of payment or Tracking details I thought I had lost the money to yet again another scam company BUT lo and behold it arrived this morning (16th jan). Looks like a good product in a lovely well made box. The only reason I deducted 1star is the total lack of communication.

I placed my order on April 17th I placed my order on April 17th. I still haven't received any information. No tracking number nothing. I've sent 5 messages to them and no reply. Very unhappy about this. I'm waiting on 3 puzzles. Feeling like I've been scammed out of my money.

Love these puzzles Love these puzzles. They are so addictive and keep your mind active. Started doing them in covid and haven't stopped. I have 31 puzzles on 2 walls. Great conversation starter and the grandkids love looking at them
