Craft Hub was founded in 2019 by Isabelle and Pierre, parents of three kids in Montreal, Canada. Craft Hub is the answer of a very important question for parents: “How can we find creative and fun activities to recommend our kids to play”? Great puzzles, lots of fun! I love these puzzles so much I generally order 4-6 at a time. I find the quality exceptional and never hesitate to give as a gift too. I have contacted customer service and receive great support. Get some of their puzzles…you won’t regret it!

Craft Hub puzzles are challenging and beautiful! The Craft Hub puzzles are difficult enough to be challenging and all are beautiful! I'm totally hooked on wooden puzzles, having placed two large orders in the past. New customers will be pleased to learn that Craft Hub's customer service is excellent. After placing my first order I realized I'd ordered the wrong size and received immediate response when requesting a change. The sturdy plastic packaging is excellent both for storage and for sharing. If you haven't tried wooden puzzles do so! You will not find any other sellers with puzzles, prices and service to top Craft Hub's.

Total lack of communication … I ordered a Hogworts jigsaw on 5th Jan and admit I have been very concerned as I have not recieved conformation of order/acknowledgement of payment or Tracking details I thought I had lost the money to yet again another scam company BUT lo and behold it arrived this morning (16th jan). Looks like a good product in a lovely well made box. The only reason I deducted 1star is the total lack of communication.

As bad as it gets.. As bad as it gets... Sent the item using an incomplete address. Of course the delivery attempt failed. We could not pick it up because we never got the notification of the attempted delivery. After complaining they wanted to charge an extra 9 Eur for re-delivery. When we said no, they cancelled the order but still want us to pay the cost of the failed delivery. They do not understand that if they don't use the proper address and the delivery fails it is not the customer responsibility to pay for the shipping costs... avoid them if you don't want to get cheated out of your money

GREAT gifts for all ages over 6 y.o. So muchand many to choose from, very kind cusomer support, great prizes. Easy orderering and fast delivery. Already looking at more puzzles; they are great gifts for adults as well 🤩👍
