GBI placed my order on April 17th I placed my order on April 17th. I still haven't received any information. No tracking number nothing. I've sent 5 messages to them and no reply. Very unhappy about this. I'm waiting on 3 puzzles. Feeling like I've been scammed out of my money.

GBLovely puzzles Bought 2 puzzles for Christmas presents expecting them to come in the lovely box shown on the ad. Unfortunately I hadn’t realised that I needed to select the box so they came in plastic containers. I contacted Customer Services who were very helpful in sorting it out for me. The puzzles look lovely and are something a bit different for those who love jigsaws.

GBOrder received and issue resolved I am submitting an update in my negative review. I was contacted by Crafthub and advised my order would be delivered the next day. It did arrive and I now change my rating to 4 stars since it took extra effort and time to get resolution. Thank you.

GBStill no order I am so disappointed with this company. I ordered multiple puzzles and waited my time for a tracking number. Nothing came. When I emailed them I received a tracking number that still says awaiting shipment details. I have emailed twice since I was assured the order would be delivered with no response. All I want are the puzzles as advertised and what I paid for. Order from Craft-hub with caution.

AULove these puzzles Love these puzzles. They are so addictive and keep your mind active. Started doing them in covid and haven't stopped. I have 31 puzzles on 2 walls. Great conversation starter and the grandkids love looking at them
