Great puzzles, lots of fun! I love these puzzles so much I generally order 4-6 at a time. I find the quality exceptional and never hesitate to give as a gift too. I have contacted customer service and receive great support. Get some of their puzzles…you won’t regret it!

Purchased a $7.99 Purchased a $7.99, paid $9.90 for shipping. I live in Colorado, verified my shipping info, and it was shipped to someone in New Jersey. Their refund policy doesn't allow for refund of shipping costs...why?? Then they wanted me to pay another $9.90 to get it reshipped,,,where? If you couldn't do this simple transaction then you shouldn't be in business. Who knows how many times you've pulled this on people...but it is theift and you don't deserve to be in business. Yes...this was a small purchase, but it was an honest purchase with totally dishonest results. Never again will I do business with this crooked business...and I hope no one else does either.

Total lack of communication … I ordered a Hogworts jigsaw on 5th Jan and admit I have been very concerned as I have not recieved conformation of order/acknowledgement of payment or Tracking details I thought I had lost the money to yet again another scam company BUT lo and behold it arrived this morning (16th jan). Looks like a good product in a lovely well made box. The only reason I deducted 1star is the total lack of communication.

Avoid!!! Absolute rubbish quality item when received. Looked like someone had printed the label from a home computer on the jigsaw puzzle. Complained and sent it back which was confirmed as received. Cost more than the item to return to USA. Have had no further email replies about my refund despite being told it had been refunded. Avoid this company!!

The puzzles are unique and interesting, however... The puzzles are unique and interesting to put together however, there were issues. -It took forever to receive the puzzles after ordering. -The boxes of some of the puzzles came crushed. - Pieces are missing from 2 out of 4 of the puzzles I have put together. One puzzle they did replace but refused to replace the 2nd one because I couldn't provide the order #. What kind of ordering system doesn't keep order history for the company? Based on missing pieces and refusal to replace, I will not be ordering in the future.
