About Crafthub

Craft Hub was founded in 2019 by Isabelle and Pierre, parents of three kids in Montreal, Canada. Craft Hub is the answer of a very important question for parents: “How can we find creative and fun activities to recommend our kids to play”? Especially in a world where kids are so easily confronted with video games portals. Isabelle and Pierre thus came up with the idea to create a store that would provide games enhancing the creativity of their loved ones. Avoid!!! Absolute rubbish quality item when received. Looked like someone had printed the label from a home computer on the jigsaw puzzle. Complained and sent it back which was confirmed as received. Cost more than the item to return to USA. Have had no further email replies about my refund despite being told it had been refunded. Avoid this company!!

Bought puzzle because my granddaughter… Bought puzzle because my granddaughter (age 7) loves them. There was a delivery issue, totally my fault as the address was incomplete. So My order was returned. I contacted the company and long story short, the were extremely sympathetic and helpful in resending my order with the correct address. They also covered the shipping because I messed up in sending the funds for shipping. Anna, the customer service agent was wonderful. The puzzles are well made and beautifully painted. Thank you!

Amazing jigsaw puzzle! My jigsaw puzzle arrived in a plastic box to avoid any damage in transit and I spent all afternoon making the jigsaw, which looked amazing once it's finished. Such an intricate, beautiful piece of art, vibrant colours and just beautiful. The animal pieces make it so unique. I love it!

Craft Hub puzzles are challenging and beautiful! The Craft Hub puzzles are difficult enough to be challenging and all are beautiful! I'm totally hooked on wooden puzzles, having placed two large orders in the past. New customers will be pleased to learn that Craft Hub's customer service is excellent. After placing my first order I realized I'd ordered the wrong size and received immediate response when requesting a change. The sturdy plastic packaging is excellent both for storage and for sharing. If you haven't tried wooden puzzles do so! You will not find any other sellers with puzzles, prices and service to top Craft Hub's.

Love these puzzles Love these puzzles. They are so addictive and keep your mind active. Started doing them in covid and haven't stopped. I have 31 puzzles on 2 walls. Great conversation starter and the grandkids love looking at them
