CABeautiful , well made puzzles We ordered 5 puzzles! They took 2 weeks to deliver which is normal but seems like a long time in these times of Amazon "deliver today". The puzzles were very well packaged, in hard plastic cases. There is a slight chemical smell but nothing unexpected or unusual. The puzzles pieces are good quality, the puzzles are challenging and beautiful once completed. We have completed 4/5 of the puzzles and everything is perfect. I am looking at ordering some more and highly recommend this product!

GBTotal lack of communication … I ordered a Hogworts jigsaw on 5th Jan and admit I have been very concerned as I have not recieved conformation of order/acknowledgement of payment or Tracking details I thought I had lost the money to yet again another scam company BUT lo and behold it arrived this morning (16th jan). Looks like a good product in a lovely well made box. The only reason I deducted 1star is the total lack of communication.

NLPretty puzzles and good customer service Puzzels are packed in small plastic boxes so you can start putting them together straight away. They are very pretty with quite small pieces. The package arrived 3 weeks after ordering. Reliable customer service, I sent them an email and received an answer within 2 hours(!).

GBPurchased a $7.99 Purchased a $7.99, paid $9.90 for shipping. I live in Colorado, verified my shipping info, and it was shipped to someone in New Jersey. Their refund policy doesn't allow for refund of shipping costs...why?? Then they wanted me to pay another $9.90 to get it reshipped,,,where? If you couldn't do this simple transaction then you shouldn't be in business. Who knows how many times you've pulled this on people...but it is theift and you don't deserve to be in business. Yes...this was a small purchase, but it was an honest purchase with totally dishonest results. Never again will I do business with this crooked business...and I hope no one else does either.

DEAs bad as it gets.. As bad as it gets... Sent the item using an incomplete address. Of course the delivery attempt failed. We could not pick it up because we never got the notification of the attempted delivery. After complaining they wanted to charge an extra 9 Eur for re-delivery. When we said no, they cancelled the order but still want us to pay the cost of the failed delivery. They do not understand that if they don't use the proper address and the delivery fails it is not the customer responsibility to pay for the shipping costs... avoid them if you don't want to get cheated out of your money
