GBI placed my order on April 17th I placed my order on April 17th. I still haven't received any information. No tracking number nothing. I've sent 5 messages to them and no reply. Very unhappy about this. I'm waiting on 3 puzzles. Feeling like I've been scammed out of my money.

GBBought puzzle because my granddaughter… Bought puzzle because my granddaughter (age 7) loves them. There was a delivery issue, totally my fault as the address was incomplete. So My order was returned. I contacted the company and long story short, the were extremely sympathetic and helpful in resending my order with the correct address. They also covered the shipping because I messed up in sending the funds for shipping. Anna, the customer service agent was wonderful. The puzzles are well made and beautifully painted. Thank you!

GBLove the puzzles….just ONE issue Love the puzzles. The quality & color is beautiful. Only thing l dislike is that I only bought the puzzles for a rainy day. A day when my anxiety is too much to handle. So on one of these anxiety filled days I decided to put one of the puzzles together. It took me a while to put it together but I was really excited about my progress. Imagine my disappointed at the end to realize a piece was missing!!! Ugggghhhh!

CAGreat puzzles, lots of fun! I love these puzzles so much I generally order 4-6 at a time. I find the quality exceptional and never hesitate to give as a gift too. I have contacted customer service and receive great support. Get some of their puzzles…you won’t regret it!

DEAs bad as it gets.. As bad as it gets... Sent the item using an incomplete address. Of course the delivery attempt failed. We could not pick it up because we never got the notification of the attempted delivery. After complaining they wanted to charge an extra 9 Eur for re-delivery. When we said no, they cancelled the order but still want us to pay the cost of the failed delivery. They do not understand that if they don't use the proper address and the delivery fails it is not the customer responsibility to pay for the shipping costs... avoid them if you don't want to get cheated out of your money
