Craft Hub was founded in 2019 by Isabelle and Pierre, parents of three kids in Montreal, Canada. Craft Hub is the answer of a very important question for parents: “How can we find creative and fun activities to recommend our kids to play”? The puzzles are unique and interesting, however... The puzzles are unique and interesting to put together however, there were issues. -It took forever to receive the puzzles after ordering. -The boxes of some of the puzzles came crushed. - Pieces are missing from 2 out of 4 of the puzzles I have put together. One puzzle they did replace but refused to replace the 2nd one because I couldn't provide the order #. What kind of ordering system doesn't keep order history for the company? Based on missing pieces and refusal to replace, I will not be ordering in the future.

Order received and issue resolved I am submitting an update in my negative review. I was contacted by Crafthub and advised my order would be delivered the next day. It did arrive and I now change my rating to 4 stars since it took extra effort and time to get resolution. Thank you.

Great puzzles, lots of fun! I love these puzzles so much I generally order 4-6 at a time. I find the quality exceptional and never hesitate to give as a gift too. I have contacted customer service and receive great support. Get some of their puzzles…you won’t regret it!

Craft Hub puzzles are challenging and beautiful! The Craft Hub puzzles are difficult enough to be challenging and all are beautiful! I'm totally hooked on wooden puzzles, having placed two large orders in the past. New customers will be pleased to learn that Craft Hub's customer service is excellent. After placing my first order I realized I'd ordered the wrong size and received immediate response when requesting a change. The sturdy plastic packaging is excellent both for storage and for sharing. If you haven't tried wooden puzzles do so! You will not find any other sellers with puzzles, prices and service to top Craft Hub's.

Avoid!!! Absolute rubbish quality item when received. Looked like someone had printed the label from a home computer on the jigsaw puzzle. Complained and sent it back which was confirmed as received. Cost more than the item to return to USA. Have had no further email replies about my refund despite being told it had been refunded. Avoid this company!!
