Beautiful , well made puzzles We ordered 5 puzzles! They took 2 weeks to deliver which is normal but seems like a long time in these times of Amazon "deliver today". The puzzles were very well packaged, in hard plastic cases. There is a slight chemical smell but nothing unexpected or unusual. The puzzles pieces are good quality, the puzzles are challenging and beautiful once completed. We have completed 4/5 of the puzzles and everything is perfect. I am looking at ordering some more and highly recommend this product!

The puzzles are unique and interesting, however... The puzzles are unique and interesting to put together however, there were issues. -It took forever to receive the puzzles after ordering. -The boxes of some of the puzzles came crushed. - Pieces are missing from 2 out of 4 of the puzzles I have put together. One puzzle they did replace but refused to replace the 2nd one because I couldn't provide the order #. What kind of ordering system doesn't keep order history for the company? Based on missing pieces and refusal to replace, I will not be ordering in the future.

Bought puzzle because my granddaughter… Bought puzzle because my granddaughter (age 7) loves them. There was a delivery issue, totally my fault as the address was incomplete. So My order was returned. I contacted the company and long story short, the were extremely sympathetic and helpful in resending my order with the correct address. They also covered the shipping because I messed up in sending the funds for shipping. Anna, the customer service agent was wonderful. The puzzles are well made and beautifully painted. Thank you!

If I could use "ZERO STARS" I would! If I could use "ZERO STARS" I would! Disgusting customer service which runs you around in circles, no customer service phone number and all done through messenger! They use UniUni as a delivery service and they are disgusting too! Never got my package and the picture they took of it isn't even the right address or my front door! I have been in a fight with both companies since January 10 2024. I called the Better Business Bureau on UniUni and they have had many complaints about them. CraftHub is the next call to the Better Business Bureau! Go check "Uniuni" and CraftHub review sites, nothing good said about either and horrendous ratings with them being being flagged "red flagged" BUYER BEWARE!!

Craft Hub puzzles are challenging and beautiful! The Craft Hub puzzles are difficult enough to be challenging and all are beautiful! I'm totally hooked on wooden puzzles, having placed two large orders in the past. New customers will be pleased to learn that Craft Hub's customer service is excellent. After placing my first order I realized I'd ordered the wrong size and received immediate response when requesting a change. The sturdy plastic packaging is excellent both for storage and for sharing. If you haven't tried wooden puzzles do so! You will not find any other sellers with puzzles, prices and service to top Craft Hub's.
