CAIf I could use "ZERO STARS" I would! If I could use "ZERO STARS" I would! Disgusting customer service which runs you around in circles, no customer service phone number and all done through messenger! They use UniUni as a delivery service and they are disgusting too! Never got my package and the picture they took of it isn't even the right address or my front door! I have been in a fight with both companies since January 10 2024. I called the Better Business Bureau on UniUni and they have had many complaints about them. CraftHub is the next call to the Better Business Bureau! Go check "Uniuni" and CraftHub review sites, nothing good said about either and horrendous ratings with them being being flagged "red flagged" BUYER BEWARE!!

GBThe puzzles are unique and interesting, however... The puzzles are unique and interesting to put together however, there were issues. -It took forever to receive the puzzles after ordering. -The boxes of some of the puzzles came crushed. - Pieces are missing from 2 out of 4 of the puzzles I have put together. One puzzle they did replace but refused to replace the 2nd one because I couldn't provide the order #. What kind of ordering system doesn't keep order history for the company? Based on missing pieces and refusal to replace, I will not be ordering in the future.

GBUpdated review These puzzles have some kind of strong chemical on them that burns your eyes and nose. Anna contacted me and explained that the smell is from the process used to cut the wood. She has emailed me several times regarding this issue and has been very helpful.

GBTotal lack of communication … I ordered a Hogworts jigsaw on 5th Jan and admit I have been very concerned as I have not recieved conformation of order/acknowledgement of payment or Tracking details I thought I had lost the money to yet again another scam company BUT lo and behold it arrived this morning (16th jan). Looks like a good product in a lovely well made box. The only reason I deducted 1star is the total lack of communication.

DEAs bad as it gets.. As bad as it gets... Sent the item using an incomplete address. Of course the delivery attempt failed. We could not pick it up because we never got the notification of the attempted delivery. After complaining they wanted to charge an extra 9 Eur for re-delivery. When we said no, they cancelled the order but still want us to pay the cost of the failed delivery. They do not understand that if they don't use the proper address and the delivery fails it is not the customer responsibility to pay for the shipping costs... avoid them if you don't want to get cheated out of your money
