Lovely puzzles Bought 2 puzzles for Christmas presents expecting them to come in the lovely box shown on the ad. Unfortunately I hadn’t realised that I needed to select the box so they came in plastic containers. I contacted Customer Services who were very helpful in sorting it out for me. The puzzles look lovely and are something a bit different for those who love jigsaws.

Updated review These puzzles have some kind of strong chemical on them that burns your eyes and nose. Anna contacted me and explained that the smell is from the process used to cut the wood. She has emailed me several times regarding this issue and has been very helpful.

Great puzzles, lots of fun! I love these puzzles so much I generally order 4-6 at a time. I find the quality exceptional and never hesitate to give as a gift too. I have contacted customer service and receive great support. Get some of their puzzles…you won’t regret it!

Total lack of communication … I ordered a Hogworts jigsaw on 5th Jan and admit I have been very concerned as I have not recieved conformation of order/acknowledgement of payment or Tracking details I thought I had lost the money to yet again another scam company BUT lo and behold it arrived this morning (16th jan). Looks like a good product in a lovely well made box. The only reason I deducted 1star is the total lack of communication.

Order received and issue resolved I am submitting an update in my negative review. I was contacted by Crafthub and advised my order would be delivered the next day. It did arrive and I now change my rating to 4 stars since it took extra effort and time to get resolution. Thank you.
