Craft Hub puzzles are challenging and beautiful! The Craft Hub puzzles are difficult enough to be challenging and all are beautiful! I'm totally hooked on wooden puzzles, having placed two large orders in the past. New customers will be pleased to learn that Craft Hub's customer service is excellent. After placing my first order I realized I'd ordered the wrong size and received immediate response when requesting a change. The sturdy plastic packaging is excellent both for storage and for sharing. If you haven't tried wooden puzzles do so! Pretty puzzles and good customer service Puzzels are packed in small plastic boxes so you can start putting them together straight away. They are very pretty with quite small pieces. The package arrived 3 weeks after ordering. Reliable customer service, I sent them an email and received an answer within 2 hours(!).

Love the puzzles….just ONE issue Love the puzzles. The quality & color is beautiful. Only thing l dislike is that I only bought the puzzles for a rainy day. A day when my anxiety is too much to handle. So on one of these anxiety filled days I decided to put one of the puzzles together. It took me a while to put it together but I was really excited about my progress. Imagine my disappointed at the end to realize a piece was missing!!! Ugggghhhh!

I placed my order on April 17th I placed my order on April 17th. I still haven't received any information. No tracking number nothing. I've sent 5 messages to them and no reply. Very unhappy about this. I'm waiting on 3 puzzles. Feeling like I've been scammed out of my money.
