About Crafthub

Craft Hub was founded in 2019 by Isabelle and Pierre, parents of three kids in Montreal, Canada. Craft Hub is the answer of a very important question for parents: “How can we find creative and fun activities to recommend our kids to play”? Pretty puzzles and good customer service Puzzels are packed in small plastic boxes so you can start putting them together straight away. They are very pretty with quite small pieces. The package arrived 3 weeks after ordering. Reliable customer service, I sent them an email and received an answer within 2 hours(!).

If I could use "ZERO STARS" I would! If I could use "ZERO STARS" I would! Disgusting customer service which runs you around in circles, no customer service phone number and all done through messenger! They use UniUni as a delivery service and they are disgusting too! Never got my package and the picture they took of it isn't even the right address or my front door! I have been in a fight with both companies since January 10 2024. I called the Better Business Bureau on UniUni and they have had many complaints about them. CraftHub is the next call to the Better Business Bureau! Go check "Uniuni" and CraftHub review sites, nothing good said about either and horrendous ratings with them being being flagged "red flagged" BUYER BEWARE!!

Love the puzzles….just ONE issue Love the puzzles. The quality & color is beautiful. Only thing l dislike is that I only bought the puzzles for a rainy day. A day when my anxiety is too much to handle. So on one of these anxiety filled days I decided to put one of the puzzles together. It took me a while to put it together but I was really excited about my progress. Imagine my disappointed at the end to realize a piece was missing!!! Ugggghhhh!

Avoid!!! Absolute rubbish quality item when received. Looked like someone had printed the label from a home computer on the jigsaw puzzle. Complained and sent it back which was confirmed as received. Cost more than the item to return to USA. Have had no further email replies about my refund despite being told it had been refunded. Avoid this company!!

Still no order I am so disappointed with this company. I ordered multiple puzzles and waited my time for a tracking number. Nothing came. When I emailed them I received a tracking number that still says awaiting shipment details. I have emailed twice since I was assured the order would be delivered with no response. All I want are the puzzles as advertised and what I paid for. Order from Craft-hub with caution.
