Bought puzzle because my granddaughter… Bought puzzle because my granddaughter (age 7) loves them. There was a delivery issue, totally my fault as the address was incomplete. So My order was returned. I contacted the company and long story short, the were extremely sympathetic and helpful in resending my order with the correct address. They also covered the shipping because I messed up in sending the funds for shipping. Anna, the customer service agent was wonderful. The puzzles are well made and beautifully painted. Thank you!

Craft Hub puzzles are challenging and beautiful! The Craft Hub puzzles are difficult enough to be challenging and all are beautiful! I'm totally hooked on wooden puzzles, having placed two large orders in the past. New customers will be pleased to learn that Craft Hub's customer service is excellent. After placing my first order I realized I'd ordered the wrong size and received immediate response when requesting a change.
